Great pool! Huge rooms!

It's a classic hotel in a great location. The front desk staff aren't the most enthusiastic—they do their job, but don't really go the extra mile to help guests. The hotel is a bit dated, but it's clean, and that's what matters most. I don't think the breakfast is worth the price, as it's very basic. The parking area is spacious and easy to access. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and beautiful facility

The lobby and entrance is quite nice but unfortunately our room was not. It very much needs updating and better care taken of the condition. For example, the bulb was out next to sink in bathroom and the body wash was empty. We had three spiders in the room (that we knew of!). The beds didn’t have fitted sheets. The bathroom was tiny!! At least we were only there for a nights sleep on the way to our next stop as I would not have stayed another night. Not a place to relax and hang out.

Rooms in the villa portion o g the hotel are old and smell like mold. They had a febreeze car air freshener in the AC unit to make the room smell better. I asked to be moved and the main hotel was much nicer and cleaner.

The room, service, and property was beautiful. We enjoyed walking around. It felt like a maze to find things but we found that exciting and we were given a map at the beginning of our stay. There were too many families there. Way too many kids in the pool. I think they should consider better lighting for the pool area and offer an hour or two at the end of the night for just adults.

Very nice hotel. A bit pricy. I love it though. Definitely will come back!
-
Elevator to 3rd floor in bad shape and needs repair cosmetic and mechanical.
-
Beautiful all the way around!

Before we arrived to the hotel, we read a lot of reviews that were pretty negative so we were a little skeptical. After checking in, I didn’t experience any of what I read in the reviews. The hotel didn’t smell of mold or mildew. The staff was great. We had an emergency so we had to leave early, and the hotel only charged us for one night instead of 2 even after check out was over. Would definitely stay here again.

Always a nice time at the Frontenac!!!
-
This place was amazing! People were so kind and welcoming! Property was very clean and for once….a comfortable bed and normal size pillows in a hotel room!!
-
everything was fine except we were assigned a room in an outbuilding without an elevator and not attached to the building that housed the restaurants and lobby.
-
I wish the mattress was up to the same level of the srvices
-
Very small room and hotel needs some upgrade .
-
Parking was close to the room, which was great cause we had lots of bags. Definitely stay here again
-
