Easy check in. Gorgeous rooms.
-
Very nice place to stay. Very organized and easy check in. Very clean room. Parking was great and everything was on-site that you would need. Great food and entertainment. Will stay there again.

Friendly staff and clean room, great value

The rooms are nice. The casino we a little dirty and dusty. Staff was great. We felt safe walking around outside.

Walking in, was amazed with this hotels marble and wood details and craftsmanship. At first, thought it was a very old hotel, but it was only 17 years old. Staff was very helpful checking in. Never been asked before, do you want a room close to the elevators, far, or in the middle? Room had a view of the Mississippi River. Room spotlessly clean. Already booked staying at the River Hotel and Casino for our return trip.

Room was great. Spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Only downside was the casino was so smoky no matter where you went. Needed a shower anytime I visited the casino floor. They need better ventilation
-
The hotel was very clean and staff were very nice and helpful, I’m giving a 3 star rating due to the bed was probably one of the worst beds I've ever slept in and no water pressure in the shower.
-
Overall stay was okay; however, the bed felt like you’re sleeping on a wood box. Daily post soreness from each night’s sleep. Small room tv, and old chair in room. They could do some updates when it comes to furniture.

Rooms still have fluorescent bulbs! If, like me, they induce migraines for you, you will be forced to spend the evening in the dark when night falls. Hotel staff were incredible. Check in and out was very pleasant. Rooms were clean, and beds were comfy. Walls a little thin, but that's the only drawback. We walked through the casino on our way to dinner. Smoking is still out in the open, so if that's a concern for you, just be aware before walking through there. I don't know if smoking is allowed in the rooms, but ours had not been smoked in. Smelled fine.

Worst experience. The lady at check in was more occupied with anything other than checking in. Carpets were pulling up in hallway. Room was motel 6 level. Beds were worn out. Desk chair was broken. All the soap/shampoo dispensers were empty or broken. Toilet constantly ran. Remote needed batteries. Absolute worst experience.

The casino was a bit smokey.

The highlight of the visit was Emani at the front desk! She went out of her way to be helpful and pleasant, really made a big impact to our trip. The rooms were nice and clean, exactly what we were expecting. The rooms had a slightly stale smell, but nothing overpowering.
-
The A/C controls need to be more user friendly. We tried to adjust but the unit went to the heater and could not change back to cool.
-
The room was very clean
-
The staff were just okay. The place was older but maintained. The food selection was lacking diversity. The slot machines were tight as hell. Parking was ridiculous with the main door closed and no access to the front desk unless you parked.
-
Nice property situated on the Missouri River No issues with the property
-
We very much enjoyed out stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well kept with a nice shower. The room did not have a microwave, but other than that it had everything we needed. We ate at Asia noodle and it was SO good. I'm a non-smoker so I didn't enjoy the smoke within the actual casino, but the hotel itself was wonderful, clean and smelled great!

The rooms are very large and clean but it would have been nice if they had a pool
-
Will go back
