Good breakfast

I did not get a refill or replenishment of shampoo, conditioner and soap for staying their for 6 night

I loved that they had flags all over the property. The room had a comfortable bed and was clean. I thought it said continental breakfast and was surprised it had a full breakfast!

The place was fine for a one night stay. Here are a few things to know. We reserved for 3 adults expecting to use the sofa sleeper. We got in late and once checked in, looked for the sofa bedding. Finally we called and were told we had to get that from the front desk. We barely got there in time before the desk closed. I’ve never experienced a situation where the sofa sleeper bedding wasn’t already in the room. Second thing to know is that there is some mechanical sound that goes all night long. It isn’t constant, but it comes and goes all night making it very hard to sleep. I suggest bringing ear plugs. It was basically clean although there was what looked like cigarette ash in the toilet. But it was cheap and on the way so it worked for the one night.

Hotel was in a good location right off of exit (1). Staff were helpful and very polite. Breakfast was good, had a pretty good variety of things to choose from. Overall had a nice time there, I will be coming back. The guy working overnight shift needs a raise! I forgot his name but he made my experience better. He was the younger Jamaican dude. He needs a promotion! Thank you all.

At check in he did ask if I needed hot water because one building's heater was out. This worried me, that's a very odd question and a little tacky. Thankfully it wasn't an issue after I told him I do and my room had perfectly hot water. The room/bedding was clean (I check hotel bedding thoroughly before settling into a room). The pool was SCREENED IN! That is so nice as there is a lot of mosquitoes/flies in St Mary in summer. So it was really nice that they had it screamed in to protect from bugs and son, and very rare for a hotel to do that. It also keeps the pool a lot more clean. I would stay here again it was a really great value.

The toilet seat needs to be replaced, a 10 dollars item makes the room look bad, thank you.

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. THE STAFF WAS NICE AND WELCOMING.

The staff was exceptional. Friendly, knowing and attentive to our needs. Especially the breakfast staff.

Despite being located at very busy intersection this property was very quiet. The grounds and the room was well maintained and the breakfast was quite good.

Good breakfast and clean rooms

Just what we needed. The accomodations were as expected for the price. The breakfast was fantastic. The coffee was great. The staff was very helpful and recommended places to have dinner.

Breakfast area was very clean and the employee working the breakfast was helpful and polite. The pool wasn't open and that was a deciding factor on going to this hotel (for my daughter). The male employees at the front desk were not kind or welcoming at all. When we checked in, the man at the front desk even told us the pool hours and no warning that it may not be operational. The water was bright green and dirty so it obviously had been down a while. Disappointed.

Great proximity to Cumberland Ferry and Harbor. Breakfast was decent. Wet, dirty towel was sitting on my clean stack when we arrived. Stayed here 11 yrs ago and though it was once bought out by Surestay it was better quality as St Mary's Hotel. Has gone down hill and needs updating.

Clean rooms & well organized staff. Good breakfast.
