    Had a lovely stay

The hotel looked like it was recently remodeled, the rooms are clean, beds were comfortable, The only complaint I have is that the humidity smell in the room was very strong, I think the AC unit was leaking under the carpet. Other than that, really great stay for the price

Breakfast ⭐ 1 STAR — VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UNCOMFORTABLE STAY We arrived at the hotel around 10 PM and were given room 314, which was an accessible room. As soon as we entered, there was a very strong moldy smell throughout the room. We asked to be moved to another room, but the hotel said there were no other rooms available. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and, instead of trying to help us, told us to go to another hotel. We did, but when we arrived there, we were told we would have to pay again. Since canceling our reservation at the original hotel would also mean losing a night’s payment, we had no choice but to return and stay in room 314. Fortunately, when we returned, we were assisted by a very kind gentleman who was much more helpful and respectful. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The shower was dirty, and there was an extremely strong chemical smell in the bathroom. When we turned on the hot water, the steam seemed to mix with whatever chemical product had been used, causing our eyes and throats to burn. My husband started sneezing uncontrollably, his eyes became very red, and he eventually had to sleep in the car because he could not tolerate the conditions inside the room. We have no idea what chemical product was used in the bathroom or on the shower curtain, but it clearly had not been properly rinsed or ventilated before the room was given to guests. This was not simply an unpleasant stay — it was an extremely uncomfortable experience that raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the room. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. We would not stay here again.

Soft bed and pillows I was told when I called before I made the reservations that there would be a place for me to park my car at their place while I was on my cruise and when I got there they told me they had no such place for me to park my car. I personally called the location and talked to a lady that had told me that they did. That was the only reason I made reservations at this hotel. And the staff refused to accommodate me even though he asked me the number that I called and who I talked with. I told him the number that I called and he said yes that was their number but I couldn't remember who I talked with but they weren't about to help me. I was pretty furious because I had to scramble to find a place to park my car while I was gone on my cruise. I never booked at a location that I can't leave my vehicle while I'm gone on my cruise. And have never had problems before. The only reason I didn't book the other hotel I normally stay at was because they were booked already

how would I know? At 9pm on a Saturday night, I got kicked out of the LaQuinta hotel as soon as Jae decided to come back to the desk. I had been walking around looking for someone and knocking on the staff door. I went behind the desk and was trying to find a phone number when Jae appeared. "Sorry I was attending to a guest and Oh, we go behind the desk now?" very sarcastically. I said So? and she "So are you sorry", I said "no", and she said, "then we can't honor your reservation". I was kicked out because she failed to do her job, which was communicate that she was away from the front desk and would be back. Instead, I was left wondering if it was too late to check in and what to do. There was absolutely no rhyme or reason to kick me and my husband out. We're 70. We don't cause problems in hotels or anywhere. Jae said she would send us to your sister hotel but wouldn't even find out if there was a room available. She wouldn't tell us her name and wouldn't even give us the cancelled room receipt. We finally checked into The Hampton Inn (not your sister hotel) at 9:41 pm. A friend got Jae's name by calling the hotel and we confirmed it with a different desk clerk the next day. We will never stay in your hotel again, nor any LaQuintas ever again.

Location and check in were good. Room smelled like mold. The carpet and chair both had mold and dampness.

was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel was extremely run down and poorly maintained. The room looked outdated, the furniture was worn out, and cleanliness was a major concern. There were noticeable maintenance issues throughout the property, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. The photos online did not accurately reflect the current condition of the hotel. For the price paid, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others
