Dog friendly. Nice location. Private beach, water activities, restaurants, and coffee shop on site. Beach side food and beverage service was excellent. AM staff at the desk were wonderful and helpful and gave us some extra time for check-out as a courtesy. Paid extra for the "Balcony with Sea View" but received a view of the gutter and rooftop even after asking for a room change. There was plenty of vacancy in August, yet we still received a substandard room. Parking fee is in addition to the $45 Resort Fee. Lack of information at check-in.

Everything! The young guy on reception was fab! Friendly informative and funny. Free cookie in the afternoon was a lovely gesture greatly appreciated. Loved the beach and pools, just beautiful. We had never planned to go back as we're from Ireland but will now make an effort to do so Iin 2028. Couldn't find a fault in this place. Not often you get to say that.

Private beach great location

Nothing Everything, there was no beach to use. The staff was terrible except the waiters at the bar. Parking was terrible. The hotel allowed people from outside to use the facility, pool and parking. Some unpaid guest ruined our experience

New renovation BED BUGS!… The resort itself is lovely. All new renovated. Good parking, nice room.. I understood that the owner wanted to make a nice place. We stayed in room 206. The first night we woke up with itching everywhere. But we didn’t think off anything bad because we came 1030 at night. The second night it was unbearable. Something was eating us slowly. We saw some transparent little tiny bugs inside the bed. We bug spray every way and everywhere. We slept but again in the morning, we had so many bug bites. We understand that in that area there’s so many different bugs but the hotel has to find a solution for that. We made the booking through trivago and we had a fair price and they were not supposed to be a additional charge for service Animal. The night receptionist was a bit rude and wanted to charge me a resort fee. And also for the service Animal. When I explained her that I presented my service Animal card when I checked in at 10:30 in the evening, she accuses me for lying. I will say she was sleepy because when we checked in, I was looking for her for quite a bit time probably she was sleeping somewhere. Also, she was insisting me to charge a resort fee. The deal I got from trivago wasn’t saying anything for an additional any kind of fee. They should be happy and appreciate that people go to hotel with that price. Anyway, the hotel is nice, but be careful with the bedbugs or maybe fleas My body is still itching. Brrrrr!…

I did not get a chance to try the breakfast menu. The check-in was fine but they forgot to give the champagne. They offered it but forgot to give it to us. The view from the room was nice.

The stay was relaxing. The room was updated and clean. Loved the walk out patio with a water front view. The pool and amenities were great. The food was superb. Highly recommend.

I would’ve given 5 sets stars except we didn’t sleep well. The beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on. They were so hard it felt like we were sleeping on boards. We woke up hurting so much. Very disappointed. We loved the resort but will not return due to the beds

We got a patio room which was great for our dog but unfortunately we had 2 nights of discomfort because of the noise from our neighbors, although this isn’t the resort’s fault, be aware that the walls are extremely thin and you will hear your neighbors. The pool wasn’t clean, rules weren’t respected at the pool, people were using loud speakers, not a relaxing atmosphere at all. The Luma restaurant is great and super affordable! Actually the only fancy place in the resort. Beach is microscopical, with water level arriving at your knees. The resort has a lot of nature, and with more respect from guests and maintenance from staff it could become much better…

A nice unexpected piece of paradise in St pete. Property was perfect for a staycation. Hope to be back to enjoy the amazing sport courts for beach vball, tennis and pickleball.

Nothing We needed a maintenance man immediately to replace the AC unit because the current one was creating a high pitched whistle. The shower hadn’t been cleaned bc there was a hair tie with hair attached to it still on the shower shelf. They locked us out of our room the first morning we stepped out to get coffee. They charge for parking and our spot was not numbered or guaranteed and taken for several hours. They did a good job upgrading the lobby but didn’t put the same effort into their actual accommodations. Instead of buying new mattresses the mattresses had a synthetic down topper. The bathroom sink/ vanity is circa 1992. Lastly the hotel sits on the bay and it STUNK!!!!

Great location. Value for your money. Has a private beach. Had a great time with family. Good family vacation.

This was a very nice and clean. It is an older place that has been updated. We stayed one night because my husband wanted to be on the beach.

We loved our stay! My girls had a blast at the pools! It was convenient to have food close by! We loved that they cleaned the rooms every day.
