Wrong room category was sold to me…property blamed Expedia for that…my anniversary surprise gift was ruined and neither front desk nor General Manager cared to address our situation and never responded to our call…will never go back!!!!

Great location! Lots to do at the resort. I highly recommend.

Very nice place

This is a very nice hidden gem. The only con it’s that the food options are very, very limited. The main pool even though it says it’s for guests only, it’s always open, you don’t have to use your room key to access it, and literally anyone can go and disturb your stay. The other pool it’s smaller, but no outsiders can go in which was my only option because I did not want the many, many people in the main pool which is beautiful by the way. They should control the access to it with the key fobs.

Great stay if you’re traveling with kids.

The staff was on top of everything.cleaning team members never stop.

Had a relaxing time.

Everything was wonderful from the champagne at check-in to the complimentary sunblock and aloe to the little special touches like an umbrella in the room. I will definitely stay here again!!

We had requested an early check-in and arrived at 1pm. The person at reception told us our room wasn't ready due to having a full turn over, but they'd call when it was. We were able to hang out by the pool, but we were never contacted. We went back to reception after 4pm and our room was ready. Overall, the location and amenities were great and we would probably stay here again. There were a few minor inconveniences like the parking being more expensive that what the website stated and having a paper-thin adjoining door that made our neighbors sound like they were in our room.

I love the fact that you literally can do everything here. From paddle boarding, volleyball, private beach, bands, bar, dinning, pools and spas. You couldn’t ask for more. If so you’re literally a few miles from everything else in the area. It’s literally feels like a community here and so peaceful. Definitely my favorite place now. So if you’re looking for an all in one location this is it in St Pete. 5 Stars and then some if I could rate it. Thanks for the fun week guys are awesome

Place overall was ok. Luma had decent food but was understaffed with food/drinks taking a long time to arrive. We asked multiple times for a late checkout and were told to wait until the last day to ask. We did as advised and then were told about a late checkout fee, which was never previously mentioned. I would have appreciated that information the first three times we asked… the front desk staff worked extremely long hours and you could tell they were working too hard. Not their fault and management needs to do a better job at properly staffing the hotel and restaurant.

The resort offers a good location, pool was ok and the food as well.

Pools were very nice. The hot tub was excellent. Balcony view was great. We did not eat on site.

PROS: Balcony with nice view Female bartender at the outside bar was very pleasant 2 oz of sparkling wine at check in Cookies in the lobby in the evening Learned a valuable lesson; look at lowest reviews 1st as many of the "Terrible" reviews sited the same issues we had Lobby was pretty Great mktg, pictures and website made the place look far better than it actually was. Expedia provided a credit for another place for the next 2 nights. CONS: Filthy pavers with most loose and very noisy While waiting @ the desk, snapped a photo of a note citing issues why another guest left Door was very hard to close and the balcony door was on a very old track and difficult Towels @ the pool were damp and stained Pool was hot, water cloudy pool floor chipped-when we checked out, we checked into another place on the beach and the pools there were clean and refreshing despite a hotter day. Room phone did not work Ice machine did not work but was able to get "ice chips" from the bar Very old, in need of updating Bay/beach was small and hot and murky as it was next to a marina Offered bikes for 2 hrs but nowhere to ride to as there was nothing in the area To call this a resort is a stretch, to call it a luxury resort is absurd!

Loved our stay here!! The

This was a horrible experience. Check in we waited over 30 minutes while staff walked by us several times like we didn’t exist, then once the girl came back we seemed to be a huge imposition. The food was extremely overpriced for frozen flavorless burger Pattie’s. 50 bucks for one person to not eat the garbage served is kinda crazy. The incidental charge has not fallen off as it appears the double charges were kept for a less than 24 hour stay. When we ordered a single meal through room service more than an hour went by and my husband went to track it down and it was just sitting there at the bar. Would not recommend this resort, would not stay here ever again. Extremely overpriced with a charge for everything including parking and pool towels.
