Room was clean, with everything we'd need for our short stay. There's a great breakfast place during the week nearby called Kozy Corner. Check it out! Amazing!

The stay was awesome and the staff were very helpful when needed. My only complaints are that it looks like there is no regular maintenance routine as I needed to switch rooms because of a broken toilet and the beds are ridiculously firm. I like a firm bed but they was no pillow top at padding to compliment the stiffness.

I booked a king room and was given a queen handicapped accessible. When i complained, i was told there were no other rooms available. The room was awkward and thw beds small

Chris (front desk) customer service skills was superb. The only thing that did not meet expectations was the whirlpool hot sauna (water was lukewarm) but overall a really good experience Whirlpool heat settings

The bed was not comfortable for me. I like a firm mattress and the bed was a little too soft.
