This motel is so bad my wife and I refused to stay in it . We drove 3 hours home instead of staying in this dump. The room was filthy and there were spiders and bugs everywhere. They refused to refund us anything.

I don’t generally put in reviews but the room had a terrible odor, like something was being covered up, the picture on the wall had black mold in it literally almost the entire picture. I brought this to the attention of the clerk he stated oh no that is gross we will get it taken care of, never did. The furniture looked like it was chewed on and there were roaches. Only stayed there out of necessity but ended up sleeping in my truck leaving all my personal belongings in my vehicle.

The room was DIRTY!!! THE BED WAS SO NASTY AND I BELIEVE IT HAD BED BUGS!! BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I WAKE UP THE VERY FIRST MORNING WITH RED BITS ALL OVER OUR ANKLES AND LEGS. THE BATHROOM WAS SO BAD AT I RECLEANED IT..THE STUFF WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL AT ALL. WE WAS THE FOR FAMILY WEEKEND AT MSSTATE FOR OUR SON. THE WHOLE WAS SOLD OUT. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON WE DIDN'T GO SOMEWHERE ELSE....

The furniture in the room looked like it had been involved in a flood. There were small dead bugs in the drawers. We are pretty low maintenance when it comes to traveling, but it will be hard to stay here again unless it is our only option. On a positive note, Sam at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here a few times for concerts and Miss State games. Older, but seems clean and is just fine for our stay.

Very old… bedding was nice and clean… skateboarding in the middle of the night right next to the window and door. Door did not seal with a crack where you could see daylight… needs some maintenance.

This is a good location if you have a child who attends state. Bed was uncomfortable. Everything inside was outdated. Furniture had embedded stains. Staff were nice!

The best part about this stay was the young lady who helped us check in, free movie channels and the waffle maker at breakfast. The worst part was the room had a strong smell to it, no shampoo, no wake up call service and the worst yet... a huge half dead roach.

The room was clean but it didn't look like any of the pictures. The beds were lumpy, stains in the tub and old soap on the walls of the shower. Pink stuff was splattered on the shower walls too. A lot of stuff needs to be updated. The parking lot concrete was all busted up. They put out frozen sausage and biscuits every day but they were from the day before because I put a sharpie mark on several of them because I got really sick after eating some the 1st day I was there. You can't thaw them out then refreeze them or just leave them sitting out on the counter every day. The staff was rude to us when we asked for some more towels. We only had 2 total in our room. No hand towels or wash cloths. I will not go back there again.

The property is old as dirt. The whole place needs to be remodel. Old beds, dirty floor, walls in bad shape, chairs filthy. Nothing impressive about this place. The a/c was cold that's about it. I'm never staying at this place again and don't recommend it.
