Beautiful property, quality toiletries and efficient valet service

The room was extremely cleaned and the housekeeping staff always kept it well stocked with soap, towels etc. This was our first stay and we were extremely happy and plan on going back next year. Everyone who worked there went above and beyond!

Beautiful hotel. Incredibly well maintained and staff was helpful and always kind. Beds were extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay again if we ever venture back to Stone harbor.

Room was not clean, fridge dirty, no bathroom exhaust fan , floors dirty. Our stay was on second floor of spa building, elevator broken on check out so we had to take stairs with all our luggage and valet didn’t offer to go up and help.

Amazing experience

This was our 6 or 7 time at The Reeds. We love Stone Harbor and The Reeds is the only place we would stay. The staff from check in to check out couldn’t be more helpful. We met the President and GM this trip. A special shoutout to Diane, concierge! She’s wonderful and has gone above and beyond each time we’ve been there

The valet service was very helpful. Especially appreciated the shuttle to the beach. Breakfast on the deck was delicious and a great way to start the day. Our complements to the chef for the perfectly cooked steak and egg entree. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return again.

Exceptional service by everyone on the property. Beautifully kept, comfortable room and a great location. First time but will definitely be back.

One thing after another. The first night we were evacuated at 1030pm for smoke in the office. The bartender told us it happens often. Then the air conditioner went out. Do not stay on the 3rd floor! This was our second stay where the air conditioner went out and it was almost 80 in the room. The bellmen said the air hasn’t fully worked either summer he has worked there. Staff at first was not quick to move us. Finally we were moved but it was a huge inconvenience with two small children. Valet was very slow and not quick to help with loading or unloading the car.

Loved the beach shuttle service and that the hotel provided umbrellas chairs and beach towel Set up. Great location. Rooms were small, lack of amenities. Pool was tiny and only open until 4p

Monique at the front desk is a dream. My mom and I did a mother/daughter trip and it was wonderful. Beautiful room and bath and the restaurant and bars were great. Perfect location right in town
