The way the menu was set up I di not know they had different items.

The customer service is always great at this location. Everyone is pleasant and very helpful! The food was great! The rooms are starting to look beat up. The finish is coming off the desk. We have been staying at this location for 4 years and it is starting to feel a bit dated. The price is too expensive for what it is.

Breakfast menu was unique and my particular order was tasty. Service was fast and responsive. Knowledge of amenities for guests - my particular booking indicated breakfast was included, but our server charged our breakfast to the room. front desk rectified this during check out.

I had a wonderful overnight stay at the Graduate by Hilton Storrs. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the staff provided excellent, friendly service throughout my visit. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making for a relaxing stay. I truly enjoyed my experience and look forward to staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

There are some really nice touches to this little hotel. The key cards look like replicas of UCONN alum's id cards, the room's bathroom has adorable custom wallpaper showing basketball players, huskies and college students, and even a welcome back kotter lamp in our particular room. There is a giant husky right when you walk in to the lobby which is fun. You know you are at a UCONN hotel. The hotel truly feels part of the campus, which is very convenient. The not so great parts were the person at the front desk was super unfriendly upon check in. The front desk person upon check out was a ray of sunshine though! The room is nice but has some wear and tear. The hallway is somewhat worn down with peeling back wallpaper. Also, we were here in between semesters and it was sooooo expensive. I can only imagine how much it is during the school year.
