We paid over $1,000 per night for 2 nights ad housekeeping never came. When I complained to the front desk they only offered some fresh towels. Also the instant coffee provided in the room was awful. They also significantly raise their rates above $1000 per night for busy weekends such as parents weekend. We won't stay there again!

It would be an a very useful extra convenience to have bath robes but otherwise, an excellent place with great access to campus.

Very lovely place! Right on UConn’s property. The only downside was that there was no microwaves in the room but aside that everything was amazing!!
-
Totally different experience, a unique hotel created to showcase Uconn 's trophies and athletic achievements.

Perfect, except for a loud A/C unit. Easily fixed. Otherwise no complaints.

Breakfast menu was unique and my particular order was tasty. Service was fast and responsive. Knowledge of amenities for guests - my particular booking indicated breakfast was included, but our server charged our breakfast to the room. front desk rectified this during check out.
-
How close is to UConn There was no explanation of the amenities and restaurants ( if they had) breakfast options etc.
