Beautiful hotel, pool, hot tub, right in mountains with great fall color views of the trees changing in Autumn!

The lodge at spruce peaks was everything. We could have asked for. It is a luxury experience and there is so much to explore just on the property itself. Everyone is so friendl, even guests. Highly recommend staying here if you wa

Beautiful hotel and property. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Beds and bedding were great. The restaurants onsite were also very good. The property was beautiful and very well maintained.

First Dinner Service: At the sushi restaurant, our bartender stated she "hates sake," refused to make a recommendation, and treated us with cold hostility. Fire Evacuation: Our evening was disrupted by an actual electrical fire alarm, forcing us to stand outside in the rain for over an hour. Unset Room Alarm: A 6:30 AM alarm went off in our room—which we did not set—completely ruining our attempt to sleep in. Lobby Coffee: All morning coffee carafes in the lobby were completely empty. Breakfast Service: We waited 20 minutes just to be acknowledged at breakfast, and when our food finally arrived, the order was delivered incorrectly. Second Dinner Service: At the property’s other restaurant, we were met with the same disgruntled bartender alongside understaffed, undertrained staff who did not know how to perform their roles.

Great stay! Peaceful and fun to visit during off/shoulder season - location is very scenic and convenient, and there are a lot to explore even within the resort.

Expensive but enjoyable. Summer dining hours on site limited.

Property was great but the parking situation was ridiculous! The valet charge and the fact that there was no option to self park is definitely a factor that will make me reconsider the lodge for next time.

Beautiful hotel amazing staff stunning view and good location

Beautiful and relaxing resort ! My only recommendation for summer visits would be to have more to do at the resort other than the pool. Possibly have more shops open more offering ice cream, coffee, treats etc and offer outside seating so at night your guests can enjoy the beautiful outside temps. We did enjoy our stay, Thank you !
