Fairfield Inn & Suites Strasburg Shenandoah Valley

Breakfast was disappointing. Veggie sausage was awful, not sure why pork wasn’t available. Waffle mix was ok, but my non picky son didn’t like it. Coffee was pretty good however. Room was clean and overall a decent stay.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Everything was clean. The breakfast was well-maintained with fresh food items. We were very pleased with our stay.

Very clean and welcoming. Room was comfortable, but the shear curtain had a large tear in it which we reported to the front desk and were thanked for brining it to their attention. You could see the person at the desk already writing up the report as we walked away. Coffee, tea, and ice water always available..

Very clean. Staff was super friendly. Our only complaint was the desk chair. Legs stuck out so far we stubbed our toes several times lol. Black carpet and black chair legs are not a good combination

The shiny tile floors in the bathroom are a slip and fall waiting to happen. you can't tell if there's splashed water on the floor. My sister in law fell after her shower when water splashed out of the back and pooled on the floor. stepping on the bathmat was fine, but the moment she stepped off of it, down she went. staff was very kind and helpful to her and that was much appreciated. bed was hard and pillows flattened out the moment you put your head on them.

It was a nice hotel for an over night stay. The room took a while to cool down but the overall stay was great.
