Best Western Plus Strongsville Cleveland

The property was very clean. There were no dislikes.

The pool was closed, but they had a huge selection for breakfast

Mold in bathroom with wallpaper attached with staples. Sure there was more mold behind it. Didn’t offer an apology or an upgraded room. Ice maker on floor didn’t work and no microwave in room. We left and now have to see if we can get our money back.

There was absolutely nothing to like about this property. All of the rooms smell horrendous. My family and I walked into the hotel there was a huge fan on and no air conditioning. We got into the room there were spider webs at the top of the ceiling. The bed sheets and pillow case had red spots (blood) even the towel. We tried to shower and had to wait hours and hours for hot water to run in the shower. My son went to shower first and felt only cold water and was screaming non stop. The towel even looked like it had blood or poop stains. We booked this hotel months in advance and then was put into a first floor room we kindly asked to switch to an upstairs room and the receptionist was rude. The entire stay she was rude. Rooms had no microwaves.

You get what you pay for. Was pleasantly surprised by the food at the hotel bar. Lovely bartender/ server as well.

Hotel is nice. all main areas BREAKFAST, ELEVATOR, HALLEAYS, ENTRY have no air conditioning with no estimated date of fixing. Seems likes its been broken for awhile and owner is not fixing. the room air conditioners do work great with no issue. breakfast is good but ur in heat. rooms are decent. the blackout shade in room i was in was partially broken....

Complimentary breakfast was much better than usual!

Traveled with the grandkids and it was a great stay. Pool is large, room and beds comfortable, breakfast was delicious.

For the price, excellent for what you pay for.

Carpets were stained. Tub was peeling its coating. No AC in breakfast area. Witnessed front desk attendant arguing with an incoming guest. Made me extremely uncomfortable. Questionable characters in the main lobby hanging out using foul language. Just not a nice atmosphere.

ac was not working on the ground floor or in the breakfast area.

Experience was great, we will be back

Lobby had a smell to it, like old houses do. AC was out in common areas and it’s 95 degrees in summer.

The front desk person delayed his break to help me and my friend (both handicapped) get our luggage to our room. The accessible room was tight, but we made it work.

They were very rude the old lady and Sam they called the cops on us and refused to help us the worst customer service ever

This was a very nice place to stay. My only complaint was towels were not stocked at swimming pool and towel rack was not properly put on wall and kept falling.
