Best Western Plus Strongsville Cleveland

We are from out of state. Had an appointment at Cleveland Clinic and location was excellent. We also did sight-seeing in Cleveland. Location was perfect for all the places we wanted to go to. Very happy and plan to stay again when we have to return to the clinic for medical treatments. Thank you Pool seemed to be in distant area.

Easy to find, rooms were very comfortable. There lady on the desk on the evening of the 4th September was really helpful.

First room was already unlocked at arrival. Pillows didn't have pillowcases. Moved to a second room. Curtains didn't cover window. Air conditioning unit had broken parts inside. Decided not to stay on premises.

I already had to drive about 2 1/2 hours from my home to the hotel because I bought tickets for the Cleveland Browns game in advance and made my reservation ahead of time and whenever I showed up to the front desk to give my confirmation and pin, the employee did not know how to do any of the things that need to be done in order to get me into my room and I made sure to arrive in plenty enough time to be able to shower and change my clothes so I was able to get to the game because it was a birthday present for my father and myself but when the manager came and was informed that I had a reservation and that I was trying to get into my room and whatever she informed my wife that the problem was between me andbooking.com so Icontactedbooking.com and the manager was extremely rude and whenever I informed her that the problem needed to be solved between her andbooking.com she in a very rude manner said no it’s between you and booking.com and when I tried to explain to her that I already did my end of it by booking and paying for the reservation is, she then tried to provoke a response out of me in front of my wife, and was trying to insinuate that I was being rude or something because she’s like, sir you do not have to get loud and my wife stepped in and said my husband’s not being loud at all so I contacted Customer Care Customer Care contacted the hotel. The hotel was rude to Customer Care and they continued to try to charge my card four or five different times in which I had my card locked so they couldn’t charge me again and the manager, then later found out that she did not know how to access the admin profile and complete my check-in and her only words to me were this was a learning experience for all of us. I eventually was able to get into my room, but it took an extra almost 2 hours for the entire process and I was very disappointed with the Customer Care because the two ladies at the desk were absolutely not about Customer Care. They were extremely rude. I didn’t like the fact that I made all of the preparations to have a trip and of overnight stay for my self and my family and to be treated in that manner in front of my family and to have to deal with somebody’s incompetence and be blamed for them, not knowing how to do their job her exact words were we don’t always keep people on staff that know how to do these things that’s not my fault and when we checked into the room because of the fact that it’s an animal friendly facility, there were fleas and my children got bit by fleas and the towel that’s supposed to go down on the floor in front of the bathtub is still wet from the previous occupants.

However, this hotel was by far the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed at. Hallways were disgusting, my room had water damage to the ceiling and tiles were falling apart. Bathroom was very dirty and tub didn’t drain at all. No machines worked in the fitness area and it was dust, dirt and garbage everywhere:

Room was comfortable and cool upon entry. Everything was clean, quiet, very nice....

The room was so nice and the beds were plush and comfortable! Will stay here again in a heartbeat!

This facility is in a great location right off the freeway easily accessible. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Each room has its own control for heat/air. Within 5 minutes of downtown Strongsville shopping and eating. Huge indoor pool. Have stayed here twice and will definitely stay again and recommend to others!!! The only thing we found was the dinning room "restaurant" was not open in the evenings for dinner so we did have to go out.

Excellent experience. Clean room. Comfy bed and pillows. Shower was fantastic. Good quality soap and shampoo. Breakfast was good. Debbie and Rich were helpful and nice to my kids. Didn’t get to swim but the pool looked very nice.

Decent property, clean and comfy room. We had to wait a bit to check in bc no one was at the desk. There was a pool tournament going on so it was very busy. Parking lot was very filled, took a bit to park. There was A LOT of cigarette butts thrown all over the sidewalk and parking lot next to the walkways. And housekeeping knocked on our door before 10, waking us to see if we had late checkout.. check out isn’t till 11?

The breakfast was really good and the room was nice. It smelt like pot basically the whole bottom floor, and the fire alarm went one because someone was smoking in there room and all the staff said was they knew about it and the guy does it all the time.

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Property/rooms need thorough upgrade and cleaning.
