Best Western Plus Strongsville Cleveland

Check in staff was just okay, not super friendly. Our room (210) had visible mold on the ceiling by the shower, and the bathroom mirror was crooked and looked like it had at some point been knocked off the wall. The entire floor smelled like weed. The worst part was on the day of checkout, one of the elevators was down. One of the employees got on the elevator and refused to make room for us despite us having waited at least fifteen minutes to get down with our luggage. I know he was waiting too but honestly he could have made space for us and just kind of screwed us over. Other guests left bags and piles of dirty linens and garbage in the halls, and were extremely loud to the point that we heard fighting through the walls. I guess you get what you pay for?

Our stay was good. The room is clean and comfortable but we witnessed some shady workers . They were not professional.

Rooms was clean and quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

I enjoyed the quick trip I had. Wonderful rooms!

Every thing fine only found issue in AC system Room 443 and most of elevator not working so need to walk so far, breakfast, room, staff found ideal

I should have known I was in trouble when Expedia said NO REFUNDS ON THIS PROPERTY. Extremely dirty smoked in room. I had to wear shoes in the tub it was so dirty. If I wasnt so dead dog tired at check-in I would have let them keep my money and stayed somewhere else.

Wiped walls in bathroom myself as it was disgusting. Toilet paper holder broken. I know the price was a steal but the pictures made it look A LOT better than the actual condition. I won’t go back on any future trips through the area.

The hotel was very nice, the price was very reasonable, the staff was fantastic, breakfast each day was very good

Hotel needs many updates

Good price for nice quality.

Clean room, staff was attentive and helpful. Breakfast was great. I used the on site laundry facilities as my family and I were there for a national soccer showcase and being able to wash clothes was much appreciated. The only issue was that the change machine was broken and I was unable to get change at the hotel which was a minor inconvenience.

This hotel was fine for the price. I just wanted a clean and comfortable room. It served this purpose and at a reasonable price (these days!)

The rooms were not clean and some of the staff was rude

The hotel manager and staff are abusive and disrespectful, there are cockroaches in the rooms, and the sheets are very, very dirty. Breakfast is an absolute disaster.
