Generally the hotel is good. However, it is clearly showing its age and is tired. Staff was friendly and courteous. If you're a disabled visitor that is wheelchair bound be sure to confirm that the room is you select or that the reserved is a roll in shower. Hearing and sight impaired rooms have tubs with grab bars. Also note that accessible parking spaces are regularly taken by vehicles without handicapped plates or hanging tag and hotel staff was not helpful in maintaining these spaces for those in need.

First time at the Hampton Suites in Stuart. Was a pleasure to stay. Accommodated our dog, even provided dog biscuits upon arrival. Accessible areas to walk our dog. In fact right next door to an adorable, they thought of everything dog/water park. Location was great. Friendly staff, checked in with us to see how our stay was going. Nice extra little touches. Would definitely return.

The staff here was Awesome! Turned out our first room didn't have hot water. So at midnight she got us room right across the hall, so moving was very easy. Can't say enough good things. Very clean & comfortable.

Stayed in 2 rooms. There was confusion and they checked me out a day early.First room the microwave only worked for one use but the staff let me use the one in the kitchen. They packed up all my stuff must have kept or thrown out my alcoholic drinks in the fridge microwave popcorn, tooth paste,toothbrush,and deodorant. My clothes that were folded and or hanging in the closet were jammed into my bag. The second room was infected with hundreds of ants. The staff at the dest were great. The guy that did the breakfast every day was great too. That said it was my worst-case hotel stay in many years.
