We were happy with all aspects of our stay except for the restaurants. The Baja Grill closed for dinner abruptly with no warning. Apparently, they decided to only open the restaurant on weekends. We were very annoyed. The other thing about the restaurant was that they had the same four items for the whole time we were there (11 days).

My husband and I enjoyed our time at the resort and love our balcony time. It was very quiet and relaxing. Staff was great!

My room ac was ok not super cool, but the hallways had the heater on n a lot of other guest were complaining about their ac not working on their rooms. They need room service :( n the pool bar to be open at least til 11pm because everything is so far from the property.

This was our first stay at this resort and we will definitely be back! We loved that the property had plenty of staff and they were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice size and very well maintained.

The room was 3/10. There was mold everywhere: in the kitchen, in the bathroom, and on the ceiling. I even got some rash , I think it was from the mattress. We were surprised that a Marriot has the rooms so dirty. We stayed at the beach villas. They do required an intensive upgrade

The lobby, hallways and room were all spotless. We had the breakfast buffet and was excellent. Carla and Josh provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this property.

It was nice for a weekend getaway. We stayed at the main resort next to the marina. There is a shuttle golf cart that takes you across the beautiful golf course to the beach villas and beach access. Super easy, friendly staff, and quiet hours start at 10. Great stay, we will be back!

Had to switch my room as soon as we got up to it. Bathroom door didn't close. There are no microwaves in rooms, which this is the First time I have ever come across a 4 star hotel not providing that. Restaurants on site were pretty expensive for what they offered and with literally NONE in the area of the resort it is a small inconvenience to go out of the way for more affordable restaurants but we did as adds up when a family. The pool needs overhaul and better cleaning, algae present, chipped missing concrete, water was very warm, nearly everytime I entered the pool someone would say its like a warm bath because it was..not refreshing when it's already 90+ degrees outside , don't need a hot pool. I was disappointed overall and would NOT stay here again. Best part was the staff as they were friendly to work with and the beach with umbrella service.

Pool area at the beach villas need more umbrellas and unfortunately they were doing very loud construction in the underground parking area and adjacent building throughout our stay. Other than that the stay was enjoyable.

Our room smelled disgusting like mold. We then moved to another room and wasn’t credited for the money I spent for the ocean room. Also they charge a resort fee everyday and tax it. Def not worth it at all.
