The only thing I wish they did was serve coffee downstairs for their guests instead of having to go out of the building first thing in the morning. They did provide a small coffee pot in the room but it was terrible.

We enjoyed our stay in every way in the beach villa except the restaurant service at dinner was not good and the buffet for breakfast was pricey.

Clean and comfortable room..property was clean and well maintained. Only issue is had was trying to communicate with the housekeeping staff as none(that I tried to communicate with spoke english) to explain things I needed or that there was my cat in room otherwise things went great

This is a great hotel with great staff. Unfortunately the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine and did not cool the bedroom. I’m sure the main hotel is fine, but the beachfront villas have a cooling unit just outside the bedroom door and a 3x5 vent in the bedroom. When the unit is on it is hard to hold a conversation, watch tv, much less sleep. Ruined the trip.

Location Run down, dirty, room un equipped. Carpet dirty, pee stains, garbage behind sofa, no sheets for pull out, miss match of dishes and cookware. Dishwasher broke. Broken ice maker on the floor for over 3 days….. just horrible to have been celebrating our daughter’s birthday. The director of operations Christopher Fischer needs a better way to show face. And provide better guest experience especially for a Marriott!

And I’m sure that Marriott will get on here and say, sorry about your experience, we will send cleaning crew. It’s not about Cleaning cleanliness, it’s about upkeep of your property. Don’t get me wrong, the property was clean, however, the pictures do not match the actual hotel. You have to keep in mind, which area you reserve. It’s a hotel that split amongst three or four properties, so you may get a hotel room that is not even near the beach. And then if you stay at the beach, but want something from the main hotel, you have to be there to get a shuttle or get in your car and drive to the main part of the hotel. Anyways, would recommend looking elsewhere, this hotel left much to be desired,

Had to remind the cleaning staff to leave coffee, sugar and cups almost daily. Resort could clean the beach more and remove the zargasumm from the sand like I've seen other resorts do.
