In the building I stayed in had no refrigerator or microwave but the other buildings had them i couldn't make phone calls in my room i had to go outside to use my phone because the wifi only worked out side and the beds are nothing to write home about for what they charge to stay there for the Sturgis rally you can find much better for the same amount of money with better accommodation i don't recommend this place

The room was clean just need to tell people that there is no refrigerator and you have to keep your dog with you at all times all rooms are on the main floor which is very nice

The staff was very nice and they had a nice cup of coffee in the morning

Property was clean. Rooms were organized well and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a laundry area on premises. Also, it close to the interstate.

The room was good but there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. We needed a refrigerator for some medicine so it was very inconvenient. Also we like to take leftovers from our meals and reheat at a later time so we were unable to do that. The staff was very nice in allowing us to keep the medicine in their refrigerator though.

This motel is just a place to stop for the night and be on your way. It was very clean. The restaurant on site is really good. But the rooms are very basic a bed a table 2 chairs and that’s it. no coffee pot no microwave no refrigerator. Our room didn’t even have any soap or shampoo in it. Which didn’t really matter because we bring our own anyway. This is an excellent place to stay if you’re on a motorcycle it has overhead parking for the bikes and a lot of rooms.

Stayed here for 3 nights and no issues whatsoever! Morning chat with gentleman at front desk while I poured my coffee was a great start to the day, Will definitely be back again next year

Only had one nightstand in in the middle between the two queen beds pretty much unusable too low needed to be higher . Other than that, pretty nice . Sink in the bathroom would’ve been nice . They had a bar on the premises, very clean very nice very friendly people and decent prices ! I would definitely go there again .

The place is good for what it is. A clean comfortable place to rest and shower after riding all day on the bike.

Don’t recommend this place at all. Very poor service and management, & extremely rude. I didn’t even check into my room due to having a pet. I was told they had 3 pet friendly rooms and when I asked for one, I was denied. When I offered to pay the pet fee I was denied,, I was told I’d be refunded on Monday when management was back with no problem. When Monday came, I was just given invalid reasons as to why I could not receive one. MIND YOU!!! I booked my room outside in the parking lot 2 minutes before I went to check in. I was there for a total of 10 minutes max, never even received my key card to the room, so I don’t understand why I couldn’t receive a refund. Very disappointed in the service, I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience and wouldn’t want anyone to be treated like this

Very rude and bad customer service. I do not recommend this place. You’re better off taking your business elsewhere down the road with much better quality service and rooms.

A water issue in several buildings caused me to be put into 3 different rooms. I stayed only because I had traveled a long distance before arriving.
