Room look okay, but the price is not a deal. Amenity is less as my expect.

Don’t recommend this place at all. Very poor service and management, & extremely rude. I didn’t even check into my room due to having a pet. I was told they had 3 pet friendly rooms and when I asked for one, I was denied. When I offered to pay the pet fee I was denied,, I was told I’d be refunded on Monday when management was back with no problem. When Monday came, I was just given invalid reasons as to why I could not receive one. MIND YOU!!! I booked my room outside in the parking lot 2 minutes before I went to check in. I was there for a total of 10 minutes max, never even received my key card to the room, so I don’t understand why I couldn’t receive a refund. Very disappointed in the service, I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience and wouldn’t want anyone to be treated like this

Very rude and bad customer service. I do not recommend this place. You’re better off taking your business elsewhere down the road with much better quality service and rooms.

A water issue in several buildings caused me to be put into 3 different rooms. I stayed only because I had traveled a long distance before arriving.

Just a bread and butter room, small and basic. But it was clean and comfortable and served its purpose. We were satisfied. Once it gets late, there’s nowhere to get ice nearby. Luckily, the bartender girl filled my Walmart bag just before close. cleanup dude on the golf cart Said I could use the hose to fill my water jug, which was awesome. Guy that runs the check-in counter. Had a super cool secret Zelda/anime gaming collection den in the back room, it looks pretty sweet from a distance ! No pets &no continental breakfast, FYI. If there was a microwave in the room, it would definitely be five stars, but otherwise 4.5 stars.

This is our third stay at Iron Horse and we will keep coming back. We are most impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Paint, carpet, bathroom, etc are all clean and in great working order. The property is clean and well-kept as well. The staff is also friendly and helpful. The Inn is located close to many of the Black Hills attractions. There is a restaurant/bar on site with good food and beverages as well as a few other options in town. The only downside (not much of one) is there is no mini fridge or microwave. We don't use them that often anyway.

Loved it so much booked for our ride back over Beartooth Pass!

Prefect for solo travelers.

This is our second or third time staying here on our cross country road trips. It's a great, affordable place to crash for a night. We usually arrive to check in quite late at night (like 1 or 2 a.m.) and they are quick to respond when we call the front desk for service. Property is well maintained & rooms are very clean. Being able to park directly in front of our room door makes loading and unloading a breeze. Location is easy to access right off the main highway.

The room wasn’t the cleanest, but not horrible. The worst thing is there’s almost no cell service and the WiFi was horrible.

Nice place, clean rooms. Need different window treatments as they let too much light in. Also need coffee before 7 am.

Love this place!! You can park your bike right out your front door and the place is super clean. They are motorcycle friendly. There’s a restaurant in bar right on the property. Definitely going back.

Very basic, clean room, bed not the greatest. Didn’t like the fact that there was not a chair in the room, if you wanted to sit and read, etc. Liked the old-fashioned key, instead of an electronic card. Overall, pretty good for the price.

We have stayed at this motel several times and go back for the convenient parking, ability to sit outside and if you want to take in their bar/restaurant. The folks are very friendly and helpful. I do wish there was a frig in the room but we adjust!
