Easy checkin (email instructions prior to checkin time). BEAUTIFUL Cottage with gorgeous views. Super comfortable and very spacious. (Had Harlequin room). Loved the giant bathroom with shower for 2, with rain showerheqd too). Microwave, fridge, glasses, mugs, upright, icemaker. Nice pool and great Restaurant and food! Loved the porch and chairs. Nice walkway down to water and sitting area with fire. LOVED THIS PLACE

We had a delightful time. Surprised my birthday-celebrating hubby with a night at one of these adorable cottages (#2). Situated directly on Bennett's Creek, the crying seagulls catapulted him back to memories of his childhood on the Chesapeake Bay. It was obvious someone had put a lot of love, time and thought into the highend duck-themed interior design. Beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, then went to dinner at Decoys Seafood Restaurant for some amazing oysters. The night's drink special was eight dollar martinis, which we were able to imbibe, since our cottage was a short walk away. Highly recommend. We'll be back!

Very good

Loved this stay! Such a perfect little waterfront spot. The room was very big as was the bathroom (double shower heads!). King bed was super comfortable. We loved having coffee on the deck in the morning. Took a little swim on the private beach and enjoyed the live music on a Friday evening at Decoys. We’d definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

My husband and I wanted a halfway point stay traveling to our family beach vacation in Topsail Beach, NC. We didn’t particularly want a stay at a generic hotel in VA. This gem popped up and I booked it! I’m so glad that I did! The cottage was amazing… waterfront on a little creek! It was immaculately clean and the decor was beautiful! Huge plus was that there is a seafood restaurant on the property with an outside bar and there was live music on the Friday night that we were there! If you’re looking for a quick getaway or a halfway point from MD to your final NC destination, this is the place!

gorgeous spot and wonderful restaurant! view is amazing and bathroom is really nice. We did find a spider and the room needed some dusting and carpet vacuuming, but it was clean otherwise

Nice working AC and the little fireplace is nice ambiance (minus heat since it’s July). Beautiful large shower. Streaming works easily. And room had cutest “functioning” ice maker the size of the Keurig :-] Reservation/Check-in via text was seamless and I was kept well informed! Restaurant on site is always a pleasure! (A couple vending machines wouldn’t be a terrible idea for at least soda)

The property was very nice and the views from the back setting area were amazing. Such a calming and relaxing stay.

Great spot for a weekend with my wife. Clean, fun, great views out the back slider. Restaurant was great to get ready for our show at the Portsmouth Pavillion to see Billy Strings. Hope to stay again!

The view, the comfort of the room, hassle free registration. The water pressure was very poor. Could not find disposable spoons.

This was such a nice place with a tranquil waterview to enjoy from back deck. The room was spacious and well appointed. I appreciated the quiet, cozy atmosphere and loved the close walk to Decoys Seafood restaurant which was great. The bed, linens, and pillows were very comfortable and of high quality. The bathroom was spacious. I would highly recommend and return. I was hesitant to reserve as it wasn’t a known hotel chain but I’m so glad that I did. It was like an Airbnb without all the extra fees and rules. This is located in a residential community so quiet and safe yet not isolated. Perfect!

The cottages do not have front desk staff available in person, but everyone we spoke to over the phone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We made the most beautiful memories here in the cottages with our family - 5 stars all around. Thank you, Decoy's!

Very clean and comfortable accommodations.

The place was nice and on the water. Very clean but expensive. The ramp that leads to the restaurant has no railings and my wife fell into the rocks at night because she couldn't see the walkway and no Railings. Told the management and they did not seem to care. Blew me off with attitude. Not happy with this place and we won't stay at the cabins anymore. Too expensive anyway.

Quiet and comfortable with a serene view

Nice place, quiet. Good view. Excellent restaurant next door. Good for walking back slightly impaired. Will stay there again if going through the area.

Check in was at the Decoys Restaurant. See the hostess. The cottages were wonderful. Luxury custom bathrooms and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of seating in cottage, very good mattress and bedding, good streaming tv, fridge, coffee, water, etc. At first did not see the coffee but later found it in a wooden duck lol. It is a bargain to stay here considering the waterfront location and view. Comfortable porch sitting furniture. Walkability to Decoys Restaurant and waterfront Bar(seasonal). I will stay here again!

Parking was really restricted, Check in was not a good process. I was given the wrong Cottage and the code to the Door. I actually walked in on guests in the unit and it was so embarrassing! The bed was cozy and the large shower was a plus. The sinks had very little water pressure! The view was relaxing!

Exceptional

Very nice place with nice waterfront view. Check-in via restaurant a little odd but worked. Restaurant food was heavy on fried, and good.
