I considered the room a big downgrade from what I reserved and paid for. Promised phone call from the manager never came.

Location was good. Easy to get to. The breakfast was terrible. Half the food wasn't available. No fruit, no bread, no bagels. Had to wait for her to fill up coffee. Worst breakfast of all the hotels. Had to ask for dish soap.

The double bedrooms, full kitchen and living room area. The bed mattress didn't support my back which led to back stiffness.

Nothing That they charged me over 15 times total of 1800 more than what I was supposed to pay ruined my entire trip for my daughter and I wiped my accounts clean and still haven’t released funds back and still want to charge me again

Nothing I am disabled, they put me on the second floor and didn't not offer to accommodate, walls were super thin, right next to the elevator could hear all night, and room faced the road so I could hear traffic and the snow equipment and beds were uncomfortable
