Very bad EXPERIENCE., bed sheets were not clean and with stains. Bed frame was shaking throughout the night. Tables and couch had stains.

It’s close to all the stores and great people front desk. Recumbent. The room were kept clean in the area.

Location Prompt, Smiling and Cooperative Staff Type of crowd staying there. Looks mostly labour style people staying there. No kettle, no hair dryer inside the room. Quality of chair, dirty sofa, mattress, quilt, sheets…..very average. Suggest to buy or bring your own quilt, sheets ad pillows.

My stay was completely ruined by a terrible odor in the room — musty, stale, and impossible to ignore. I reported it to the front desk but the issue was never properly resolved. To make matters worse, I requested a refund from both the hotel and Expedia and was denied by both. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend.

In addition there was a terrible fight in the room next door to mine, which was adjacent to the office, that went on for over an hour. It was so loud and violent that I considered calling the police and worried that guns were going to be used. And lastly the only thing offered in the morning was terrible coffee from a machine.

Very friendly staff. Lady at the desk was great. Room was satisfactory and clean. It was noisy till 2 in the morning from other guest.

Very close to town, an indo/pak food truck area is less than a block away.The leasing office lady was very warm,kind, and welcoming. The other tenants loiter around smoking outside. It made us feel insecure. The smell of smoke was ever present. I leased the room for my son and his fiancé because our home is under construction. I would be very hard pressed to stay there if I was alone! When we checked into the room we opened the fridge and found old pizza and Coca Cola. But otherwise the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable

Housekeeping needs to improve which is done only every two days. Bedsheets needed attention. Bathroom toilet seat kept falling when stood upright and sticky.

The cleanliness and location The bed was not so comfortable and not enough pillows.

Room had dirty linens, grimy floor, unusable ironing area and insects; left after an hour, staff were polite but the place is not stayable.

The people staying in the rooms shout when they talk, day and night. At 3 or 4 in the morning, they blast loud music. It is impossible to sleep. And the site management doesn't say a word about any of this.
