Beyond the staff control a large water leak into a the breakfast serving area compromised the breakfast choices but the serving staff did a very good job finding alternative choices.

They don’t answer their phones and don’t respond to messages. I tried both calling and messaging them about parking a larger vehicle and got no response. So since I made the reservation already, I had to request a refund. Which was denied by the hotel manager. When I called to talk to a staff member, they claimed to have plenty of parking and they didn’t know why no one answered, all while being condescending. Then denied a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Perfect location for events downtown. Clean. Family friendly. And bonus is the excellent breakfast options! Really top notch!

The staff were so welcoming, kind, friendly and always willing to help. The food was good- my kids weren’t fans but they are so picky!! lol The room was clean and spacious! Our only complaint would be the maintenance for our room. The TV didn’t work, the blind was broken, the lock on the door didn’t work AT ALL, and the gap between the floor and the bottom of the door was about 2 inch- you can see under it very very easily. Maintenance clearly knew about the blind because he stopped my husband in the hallway saying he will be in to fix the blind in about 30 mins if that worked for us and while my husband had his attention he thought to mention the tv and the lock. Well when we got back that night nothing was fixed. Well didn’t mention the gap because that’s not something they could fix quickly but I just feel like that is something they have already fixed when hanging the door. We made it work (my anxious self came up with a way to keep the door secured) I want to be very clear… NO ONE attempted to break into our room or invade our privacy. We felt safe just wished those things were corrected. So yes, we would recommend!

The staff was very professional and courteous. The room was very clean and I loved the decor. The food was delicious!! This was my first time there, and I will highly recommend it to my family and friends.

The the rooms and the hotel was very clean. The staff was wonderful. But this hotel had no amenities which was not stated in the hotel informational guy. It does not have a restaurant. The lobby is very small. The parking is adequate but across an alleyway the front of the hotel is not clearly marked stating this is the front clearly there was no fruit in the lobby for guest to use if you arrived after hours, there was only vending machines, and this should’ve been stated clearly clearly clearly in the information. Overall, it was adequate, but I expected more than a bed and a TV for the price signed: My Two Cents

From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. We were warmly welcomed and check-in process was quick and seamless. Our room was spotless and well -appointed with a huge bathroom, nice tv, and comfortable sofa . The king bed was very comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The complimentary breakfast was good with plenty of options. The entire hotel was extremely clean. We were most impressed by the wonderful staff. Every encounter with a staff member was met with a smile and friendly greeting. The cleaning staff was especially hospitable . The hotel is located near excellent dining options and the free parking is very convenient in a garage directly behind the hotel. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Traveled for 3 nights with kiddos and everything went smoothly. The staff was kind, attentive and respectful. The bar was great and they serve a limited Starbucks menu for all the Buckers out there. The pool was nice but could use a vacuuming on the bottom surface. Definitely pack your bug spray, the gnats out at the pool are evil!
