Beautiful small hotel with great service.

Right on the beach and with a large pool the Sunny was convenient and well maintained.

Very cute place. It’s been recently renovated. Very hip. They use Le Labo soaps in the bathrooms and everything was comfortable and clean.

Nice property , staff, room , not to much music and noise , food wonderfull, I will come back for sure .

We booked a City View One-Bedroom Suite with one king bed and a queen-size sofa bed. When we arrived, we found the sofa was not a pull-out bed. The hotel said this was an Expedia error and that the room type wasn’t available. They provided a rollaway bed and waived two days of amenity fees, which we appreciated, but it still wasn’t the room we paid for. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Our king bed linens were only changed twice after we requested service and they rollaway was never changed. There were no washcloths on our first day, and we had to request them several days in a row due to shortages. Every morning there was loud banging above our room that sounded like construction or maintenance. The on-site gym was also unavailable, and guests were directed to a nearby partner gym, which was disappointing. The pool closed earlier than the front desk told us, so we missed out on using it one of the days. The trash situation also needs improvement. Our suite only had one small garbage can, and there were no trash cans on our floor. Guests were leaving trash in the ice machine cabinet, and the elevator causing a very unpleasant smell. The staff did try to resolve some of our concerns, but between the room issue, housekeeping, unavailable amenities, noise, and maintenance problems, the stay did not meet our expectations.

Additionally, there was a leak coming from the ceiling in our room I notified the front desk, and they responded promptly by sending someone to address it, which I truly appreciated Unfortunately, the leak continued throughout our stay despite their efforts. That said, I want to recognize the staff Everyone I interacted with was kind, courteous, and genuinely helpful Their professionalism and friendliness made a positive impression and were the highlight of our stay. We were there for five days, and I’m generally not someone who likes to complain, especially while traveling with my children I simply wanted to share my honest experience in hopes that these maintenance and housekeeping issues can be addressed for future guests

The rooms are new. The pool and the beach area were great.

Views were great. There is definitely a catch with Ocean View. It is partial ocean view only from the balcony. When I asked about it, she said that I should have chosen Ocean front. That should have been clarified when making the reservation. Also at the pool when the attendant set us up with chairs and umbrella, she opened the umbrella and left. It provided no shade based on the position of the pool chairs and sun. I would have hoped that she adjusted the umbrella so that it would provide some shade. Food was good although options were limited at the onsite restaurant.

Place is nice and great location beach chairs are included 2 per room but the umbrella comes at a $35 charge per day. They refused to make an accommodation for a late checkout even with offering to pay for it. It looks like this is a time share resort that also operates as an hotel with priority given to the unit owners. Would recommend only if it’s the best deal at the time of booking.

Beautiful place and property. The entire staff was exceptional amazing. The property is well maintained and the staff carry them selves with pride. I can't say enough about our stay but we loved it. Thank you everyone for makeing our stay wonderful ❤️

Everything about The Sunny was spectacular. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. It is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. I 10/10 recommend splurging for a Beach Front room. It was worth EVERY penny. If we ever make it back to Miami, we will absolutely be staying here again.
