However, no water in fridge. Mattresses felt like air mattresses. Was not a comfortable experience. For the price would have expected better.

A great place to have a quick visit - clean - good location!

Ashley at the front desk was very helpful and nice to talk with. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the hot tub was not working for a few days. Also, they were redoing the parking lot and the staff redoing the lot parked where people paying to be there were parking their big trucks making it hard to park. It would have been nice if they would have parked in the back out of the way.

Breakfast was not great. Other than that, it was great!

Wish they had an elevator. Room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Convenient location. Conforttable mattress. Nice continental breakfast including hot items. Toilet in the room was very low. Difficult for anyone with mobility issues, tall and elderly. .

Gal at the front desk was amazing. I came in late and tired and she was a joy to speak too.

In room hot tub The air/heat unit rattled most of the time. My tv also didn’t work. It kept losing the signal and there were no weather related issues.

There are only two floors, but there isn’t an elevator.

Run down, room wasn’t ready for check in. Not a $300+ place.

This hotel was great. It was the cleanest, friendliest hotel ive stayed in in years. I will stay there again the next time i'm the Duluth/Superior area.

Room was clean and comfortable! Pool and hot tub were very nicely sized and very warm! The clerk that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. She told me where to park, when breakfast was and that the pool was still open until midnight. The morning clerk, not so much. She let the breakfast run low and empty on the eggs, and when she finally came out to fill them at the request of another guest, she was playing music on her phone that disrupted all of our conversations or quiet reflections at the tables. She just acted like she was there to take care of herself and not her guests. That was my only negative experience here. Parking was great and close to my room access. Air conditioning kept me quite cool overnight and the bed was very comfortable. Location was okay. A little far from where I was spending time on the canal, but if you like to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is a good quiet and safe location! Morning clerk. Rude.

Please dont let pets stay in hotel. Yes it was a pet not service dog.

Great breakfast, clean rooms

Nice lobby. Quiet place to stay. Friendly staff. We were near the end of the hall and a couple of times we felt like there were shady characters hanging out in the hallway that led to the outside door near our room. I'm not sure why they'd just be standing around there.

Hotel was very clean, had no issues with anything, the staff where all very nice!! Would Def stay here again!

OK place for a one night stay during a business trip. Not fancy but serviceable .

This place was nice mostly, it was clean and the location was good. The main complaint was that our tv didn’t work. The gal that worked there put in good effort to fix it but ultimately it never worked. It was clean and the breakfast was decent. I would stay here again and just hope the tv worked.
