Nice and quiet Need to upgrade to smart tv’s

It was very nice and comfortable. When I got there it didn't look like nothing i thought I was getting according to the pictures that was shown so it cost me another 300.00 to get what I wanted which was a full kitchen which money I was not planning on spending i think you should show what you are actually getting .

The property was exquisitely very nice we were surprised at all we had to work with Nice and well kept

We like that we were given ground floor considering we had a small child. We also like tbat a shuttle goes to the beach even though we did not use it. The tile floor was not soo well for a child that crawls and is learning to walk. Also, would recommend a steam clean of the tile floors once a month to get the ick off of them.

Rooms were clean and amenities were good.. no complaints at all.

Location, lazy river. Was supposed to have a full bathroom. Instead the stand up shower was in one small room and the toilet/sink in another small room.

The resort is easy to maneuver and close to all the attractions. It’s a suggestion more than dislike, chairs or sitting areas near the rooms outside. It nice to enjoy the outdoors as well as the amazing rooms.

The front staff and all the staff we came across was super friendly and helpful. Loved the shuttle service to the beaches also.

Great place to stay and great staff! I loved everything!

It was very quiet and the staff were super friendly! The room was also exceptionally clean. I asked if my room had a balcony with a view and was told it did when I checked in. When I arrived at my room it did not have a balcony. There were rooms beside it they had balconies with a view. I even said at check in that I would upgrade if I needed to for a balcony with a view, but was told I had one. I was extremely disappointed.

It was clean very nicely decorated especially at night. Lighting was beautiful . Staff very friendly and welcoming. You could hear everything from the room next door. Other occupants not considerate of other people especially in nighttime and early morning. But that really is no reflection on property.

Everything was great! This isn’t my first time staying and it want be my last! The inside pool was closed and the lazy river

Quiet Neighbourhood very upscale

The bed was comfortable and likes that they had all cooking and dining utensils available. Booked a room with jetted tub and did not get it. Pictures on booking site were not what was given as the booked room. People above constantly walking heavy. Master bedroom located at entry door so you hear everyone coming and going. Not good flooring system to mute noise. Living room furniture not very comfortable. Traffic patterns to find the room are not good and people in the entire area were driving very fast and up your butt. Booking .com needs to match their pictures and information exactly with the hotel!!

Every thing was great Didn’t have an issue

I love staying here! The geds are always so comfortable and this time we had jets in our tub that was wonderful… loved it! There’s nothing I don’t like about this place… this is our 4th time staying here!

It's was very roomer and comfortable and me and my husband enjoyed the jacuzzi tub that was in our room It wasn't on the beach
