It was awesome

Then, when we returned around 10p.m. noise (conversations) in hall and connected room was loud and continuous through early morning hours. Needs better sound proofing all around. Also could use room darkening drapes and couldn't get TV to work, no matter what we tried. We were not given instruction on where continental breakfast was, and assumed in lobby because coffee was there when we checked in. Turns out, it was down one level in conference room/bar area. We did enjoy bartender "Hannah" when we checked out bar night we checked in. She was personable and friendly. Food options could be expanded a bit for those on "tight timeframe" prior to event downtown. When we tried to ck out, no one at Front Desk, just a sign saying "will be right back". Several staff there with backs to us. I asked if anyone could ck us out and was told I could just leave my room keys, or she could ck us out, which she proceeded to do. I mentioned problem with TV, she gave a "look" to other staff and told me they would ck it out. I asked if there may have been some instructions I missed and she said they just "press a button(sarcastic?).$1extra on receipt?

.For a basic hotel, it was nice, clean and comfortable. The amenities were minimal but it was just an overnight stay for us so we weren't looking for anything spectacular. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was a bit limited, having only a make-it-yourself waffle as the only hot food option. Otherwise there was cereal, fruit and limited bread type selections to choose from. There was coffee and specialty creamer available in the lobby, however, the morning pot of coffee tasted as if they just kept filling the large dispenser with additional coffee instead of making fresh for the morning. Our room was clean but the cleaning staff left us an empty soap dispenser in the sink area and the shower wouldn't drain properly. After investigating the drain, found a large clump of hair causing the issue. Overall, though, I was comfortable with the stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The walls are like cardboard and the noise next door was so bad, tried earplugs, tried calling the front desk, put my clothes on at 1 AM to go to the front desk, but nothing was done. It was a nightmare. Finally with banging on the wall and very frustrated the noise finally stopped at 2:45 AM. I wanted to change room and the person on the desk the next afternoon could not mae that happen for I don't know how many reasons. The second night the noise started 12:45 AM until 4 ;15. Same thing, tried to speak to someone on mthe phone, got dressed again at 1:30 to go to the desk. The person asked me if I wanted another room if available to move at 2 AM. It is the craziest thing. They now the walls are like paper, but make no effort to remedy a situation like that. Needless to say my trip was ruined and I would never ever stay there again

Nice, clean recently remodeled rooms. In room fridge, microwave and Kuerig. Comfy beds and pillows, fresh clean bathroom. Parking is ample and safe. Bar just opened on property but we didn’t check it out. No breakfast.

Nice place close to town

They had no breakfast. Total let down. Charged for dog but had no place for dogs.

Although the rooms were very clean and staff was very polite, the open space concept is not ideal for travelers who are in need of a good night sleep. Our rooms were located directly above the lobby area and you could hear every single conversation Word for Word. There was a huge gap around the doors so that could be a big issue and also you could hear the people snoring next door so the walls were paper thin.

A clean and comfy place to stay if you want to be walkable to downtown Sutter Creek. Highly recommend.

I was not allowed to have brekfast because i was traveling with my dog There was no where to take my dog for a potty break and I was told I could NOT use the grass. Won't be back

This is a wonderful modern hotel. It is possibly the nicest hotel in the Sutter Creek area. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are excellent. The beds are extremely comfortable. I really liked the modern shower. Their staff is polite and very helpful. A large television is in the room with a large selection of cable channels. You could not however sign into and use your personal apps such as You Tube or Netflix on their television. They have a basic complimentary breakfast, which includes things like cereal, boiled eggs, pastries, and juice. They also have a make your own waffle machine. The breakfast did not include cooked items like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, or potatoes.

From answering questions before our stay on the phone And then being amazing once we arrived! You are very lucky to have her ! True professional! An Evening hang out place with friends. However, we were informed a lounge will be opening next week , so excited about that.

You'll get no complaints from me. A good sized room. Clean and quiet. Helpful staff at the front desk.

Not sure how to make boiled eggs bad but they did so I skipped the breakfast both days. But I can recommend Element down the street for breakfast.
