The light above the sink didn’t work. The shower curtain rod was broken and there was a hole in the wall. The property is undergoing a much needed renovation.

It was little noise

Hotel was definitely past its prime and outdated. The free breakfast was what you would expect. View of the mountains was nice and it did actually have an operationally balcony in room.

Currently undergoing construction, no hot tub as advertised in amenities.

Hallway traffic in the hotel is like having a person in your room talking to you. We kept hearing loud beeping noises all morning which sounded like they were in the room with us. Couldn't tell if it was the microwave in the hall or someone holding the elevator doors open until they beeped but it happened so much I got really fed up because they woke us and kept us up all night. Also the mattresses need to be flipped because they are so worn in there's a giant ridge in the middle of the bed. The rooms were clean, the fridge didnt work great and staff were friendly though.

Great location

It’s extended parking lot, offers a lot of space. The breakfast was really good. Great the pool was open! Very friendly, polite and courteous staff. It was underneath so much construction.

The housekeeping staff did a excellent job. But everything else was terrible. I didn't like the new ownership, apparently it's owned by Indians now. The complimentary breakfast was horrible. The biscuits were hard, no fried potatoes, no bacon was available, no sausage, the eggs were atrocious, the fresh toast was hard and old, and the orange was basically yellow water coming out of the machine. One of the owners or owners family couldn't even operate the computer to check me in, he had me wait for the other guy to come out of the bathroom to check me in. There was no maintenance man, the smoke alarm chirped all night from a low battery. The shower curtain rod was cracking and pulling away from the wall. The pillows on the bed were like balls of dough. They have no smoking signs on all the doors, but someone was smoking weed in one of the rooms on our floor. I have stayed at the Days Inn multiple times when we come in to West Virginia to see family. After our stay this will be our last.

TV didn't work. Shower curtain didn't close.

Really good food for a decent priced hotel. Decently nice pool. And outdoor pool was well kept.

Rooms are very outdated and have a musty smell. Lights in bathroom is glitchy

We stay here every year in July for a weekend for the last several years and have never had an issue until this year. The location is great and a beautiful view. This year I can’t say anything else that we enjoyed The remodeling/construction that we were not made aware of (we did not receive any type of reimbursement even though they did not give us the room/type of room we paid for), the breakfast was mediocre at best and is usually delicious, the toilet was messed up, the safe didn’t work and the air conditioner couldn’t keep up to stay cool
