They were doing construction on half of the hotel and the other half definitely needs repairs and maintenance.

The breakfast was on the poor side. Could have had a waffle maker.

The balcony was very nice to see the surrounding area. The chicken tenders I had from the kitchen were very good. The bathtub was slippery and I fell during my shower. They need to put rubber mats or rubber flowers in the tubs so people don’t slip.

The only positive I can say is that the hotel has good water pressure. I have stayed on two separate occasions and I will not be back. Room was dirty. The food they served in the conference room had mold.

We stay here all the time. So convenient. Just off the highway. Very clean. Are going thru some extensive renovations but still I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very musty and mildew and smelled horrible. The toilet even had mold in it. The AC wasn’t on and the room smelled like a dank wet basement. I paid $181 for a smelly room.

We spent the night at this hotel. It was a hotel and conference center. So it was large and spread out They were remodeling so one section of the hotel was closed. The hotel rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. However it was in the section that apparently did not have people saying due to the remodeling. I have mobility issues and it was a very, very long walk to breakfast. If I would’ve had any idea how far it was, we would have skipped the breakfast. However, this was a nice hotel and once the remodel is finished, I would consider staying there again

There were A LOT of young kids running around the hotel area without parents. Knocking on various doors for hours, running up & down hallway banging on the walls & noisy. WHERE ARE THE PARENTS? Oh right - in the BAR!!! Beds are comfortable but way too tall for folks under 5'7". Need a footstool to climb in. Overall, not a bad experience except for the kids (maybe ages 8-12?).. Need parent supervision.... Kids are great until NOT supervised..

The Wi-Fi needs a serious upgrade. I could log on for about an hour, but then it disconnected and wouldn't reconnect. This can be a big problem if people need to work while traveling (like me). The coffee cups didn't fit the cups, but that's minor.

Your staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean but very dated. The pool was very shallow only 3 1/2 feet but nice size but no lights at 9:15 at night closed early at 10 this wing or tower definitely needs updating like the new tower that’s in process and appears to be beautiful. The breakfast was not great and cold and minimal and.it seemed that the warming table was not working or not on when we got there at 8 AM. The air conditioner in our room was extremely loud and noisy, but people cool. The bathroom sink has a crack in it and would not drain and the toilet was not secure. Very wobbly was concerning to be used. Overall it was ok for our one night stay. Thankyou

Great location if traveling through the area. Not much nearby. Older rooms and needing updating. Staff friendly. Seemed overpriced.

Under construction, so a bit messy but they made the best of it. Good AC. Breakfast could have more choices.

The breakfast was very small but it still tasted okay. The showerhead in my room was broken but it still worked. I just couldn't change the settings. Other than that, it was perfectly fine for the 2 days I was there. Nice and quiet with a comfortable bed. The pool was small but it was great
