Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sutton Flatwoods

It is a clean and easy to access hotel. There are not much dining options around, but the hotel restaurant is decent. It is a big hotel with lots of room for parents and baseball players to get-together. Indoor and outdoor pools are nice.

Large, comfortable, clean rooms. Great mountain views. Staff was friendly. Restaurant and bar was attractive.

It was very helpful that the front desk let us check in 30 minutes early. Our room was fine all but the bathroom floor which had dirty grout and was sticky.

Hotel needs update, but I saw the workmen on property starting to renovate. Beautiful view! Front dest was employees were fantastic when we checked in.

The breakfast was horrible. Thank God for cereal and oatmeal. The WIFI was so slow it kept kicking my devices to my Hotspot. The first room they gave us wouldn't unlock, like the deadbolt was locked. We could hear movement in the room. All of the trashcans in public areas were running over. The hotel was being remodeled. Some issues I can understand. The staff, except for front desk, we're super friendly and helpful. The staff ,including the kitchen, we're doing the best with what they had.

Needs some improvement. Very out dated. Room smells. Ice machine not work. Bed comfortable. Was a quiet floor. I stay once a year at this location. Pool was very nice.

We only stayed one night in the south tower as the north is under renovation. The renovation did not interfere with our enjoyment of our room or the breakfast the following morning. The view of the mountains from our balcony was spectacular and a highlight of our stay. Great breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. Beautiful patio looking out towards the mountains. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly check in staff member. Room was not fancy and the bathroom sink was in need of repair and the toilet upon arrival was very slow to drain and to fill up (guts needed to be replaced)...but the water pressure was great for the shower. Adequate for me but would my wife would not have been thrilled if she were with me.

Beautiful, convenient location with friendly staff. Comfy beds and the best hotel shower I’ve ever had. The only bummer was no hot tub as advertised, but it definitely wouldn’t keep me from booking here.

Older hotel, but clean. Half of the hotel is being renovated. Convenient location. Easy checkin. Friendly staff.

I thought my stay was good. Staff was wonderful and they welcomed us bikers was great weekend
