Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sweetwater

We stayed twice within June and had a wonderful experience each time. Clean, staff was awesome AND free dinner on weeknights in addition to decent breakfasts. Our only hitch was the green tea soap, shampoo & conditioner. Not that great. But we brought our own. Overall, the BEST hotel in Sweetwater!

Great customer service

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel during a roadtrip. It was clean, affordable, and exactly as advertised.

Toilet is too low.

Sorry it was only one night! We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The entire hotel is well maintained, every area was clean and well organized. The room/bathroom were very clean and well appointed. We had two queen beds in an accessible room and there was plenty of room for the two of us. Third floor room facing the highway and we did not hear any traffic noise. The hotel itself was nice and quiet at night. The free breakfast was one of the best we had on our 5 day trip ( omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles ,and the usual cold breakfast options). The breakfast area was clean and the staff was attentive to when things may need to be replaced. Cold water and coffee available in the lobby 24 hours/day. No problems with parking, the staff was friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool or workout area but they appeared to be the standard hotel setup. We would absolutely stay here again.

It was way beyond what we were expecting! Fresh cookies, clean room, free dinner and a wonderfully, warm staff! Definitely going to be staying here when we roll into Sweetwater!

Location and quick check in. Shower curtain leaked water all over bathroom. TV didn't work

Business trip was extended one more day flawlessly with the help of desk staff.

The room was clean and well maintained. The lighting in our room was not very bright except for an ill placed light between the two queen beds. I say ill placed because it did not illuminate the room from above. Generally speaking, the hotel was very nice and clean. The tub in our bathroom did not have a non-skid floor and my wife was nervous about taking a shower since she does not have good balance due to peripheral neuropathy. The breakfast was average for a hotel complimentary breakfast. The coffee was great and the hotel had Splenda! I would recommend this hotel to a friend or family member.

Super Comfortable stay. Hotel was very clean with comfy beds and breakfast choices were great. Would definitely stay again. Management was very sweet as well. Can't think of anything I would change.

Convenient to the interstate. Clogged toilet upon arrival and during our stay. Shower head had separated from the wall. Same with the tub faucet. Pillows were very uncomfortable and small. Breakfast was awful. Powdered eggs were a grey color and swimming in water. Gravy looked old with skin on top. We took a couple of bites and went to a nearby cafe
