Convient location. Clean. Beds are fine. Kitchenette facilities clean and adequate. Staff responded promptly to minor requests. Nice enough, very basic accommodations for four. More would be crowded. We stayed in one of the two larger units in the newer out-building. These comments may not apply to the older, single rooms in the main structure. A larger table for dining for more than two people would be useful, perhaps with folding leaves. Also chairs in the bedrooms.

Great location, could walk to everything needed. Very nice room with great ac and tv.

I stay at the Beachside frequently during the open season at Sylvan Beach. It's always my choice. Great staff, location and rooms.

Location Noise from upstairs guests had to turn the air conditioner up to drown it out as much as possible.

We loved it here. The space was so beautiful and clean. The decor gave off the best beachy vibes. Any questions we had were answered immediately. The agent, Victoria was so pleasant to deal with and all staff was overly accommodating. Thank you for a great stay and we can't wait to book again!

I frequently stay at the beachside. It is a perfect location in Sylvan Beach and the staff are always friendly. Very convenient

The room we were in was clean and the bed was comfy , however we were the only ones there and they put us in a room that was right near the wall of the restaurant kitchen thats hooked to the building , needless to say it was very noisy also there was a pile of pine needles on our walk way to get to our room I would recommend some larger coffee cups as the kuerig over flowed them even on lowest setting.. some room darkening shades and some kind of noise blocker in room 6

I frequently stay at the Beachside because it has a great location, the rooms are clean and the staff/mgmt are very friendly and helpful

Clean nice location Jet tub broke, blind broke allowing light in and placed in the wrong room

The place was very nice. We stayed on the off season and was comfortable all by our selves on property. Staff was prompt and helpful and accommodating as we had one small issue the first night by the morning problem resolved. Great people great location.

Great place to stay!

Place was convenient and cute, Just a little small for us larger people. It's attached to a restaurant in the front. Lots of parking spaces. We had our boat with us, so we just parked it across the street in a large lot.

This location was fantastic! Quick easy walk to the beach, wonderful restaurant right in front, super comfortable room! Highly recommended!

No hot water at all for shower just freezing cold. The restaurant kitchen wall was attached to our room at the head of our bed. Never quieted down until well after 11:00 pm!!!! Won’t be staying there again any time soon.

Great location, walk one block to access the beach! Lots to do and places to eat within walking distance. The amusement park is only open on weekends. Room was as advertised. Only issue was checking in - I did not receive necessary information because I booked online, so be sure to call to confirm the details before you arrive. The staff was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly.
