Best Western The Inn At The Fairgrounds

Check in was very easy and front desk clerk chontel helped easily. The room was clean and everything worked great. The only issue was there was a mildew smell coming from the AC. Other then that everything else was great.

The sink did not drain well so the bathroom smelled sour; there was mildew on the shower curtain which made me feel the bathroom was not clean. The AC was very loud and woke me up during the night. The staff were very friendly and efficient. They were busy cleaning when I checked out so didn’t get to discuss the sink.

All of the staff were very helpful, our room was clean and perfect for our needs.

Hotel en una bonita ubicación. Yo lo escogí por la cercanía a un evento en el Empower Amphitheater y pude ir caminando de ida y vuelta. Accesibilidad al aeropuerto de forma sencilla. El hotel limpio, amplio, con atención agradable del staff; la habitación muy cómoda, alejada del bullicio de la calle, con una cama grande y almohadas mullidas. Una televisión con servicio de cable local y streaming, refrigeradora, plancha, secadora; y baño limpio, con productos de limpieza de bastante calidad y toallas con olor a limpio. Hotel recomendable! 👍

Helpful and friendly staff.

Very convenient for the amphitheater

The room was clean. We had to give 100$ at check-in to cover anything we might ruin or steal, but they never checked the room before they returned the cash at checkout. I guess you could put ithe 100$ on your credit card if you didn't want to use cash. The breakfast muffins were good.we wanted a place to sleep that was close to our event and clean and Best Western was fine. Easy parking.

It’s not very well maintain. Staff is not very helpful. They ran out of regular coffee by 7:30 and had no intension of adding any. In addition, the bathroom door lock was faulty. Very mediocre.

Great renovated hotel.. Plenty of parking.. friendly staff..

Perfect location for the concert. Front desk would not check in anyone until 3 o'clock so at that time we were in a line of 4 people. We are used to checking in & staff letting us know when the room is ready. Their system was not accommodating to us guests. No coffee maker in our room, tho it appeared other rooms had them

Room has ants that took over my pizza. Spider web on the ceiling. Talked to the hotel staff lady, zero action taken. I will never stay at any Best Western again.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and courteous.

It was a good hotel. It had basic continental breakfast. Clean.

The hotel was clean , the breakfast was very good and it is conveniently located to the Amphitheater where we enjoyed an amazing concert featuring Don Felder and the Guess Who!
