Silver Cloud Inn-Tacoma Waterfront

Breakfast and staff were amazing! We loved having a waterfront view in our room and at Breakfast. Just beautiful. The walk in front of inn was great for walking to many activities. It was a little pricey. I would have liked one of the rooms with a spa.

the view was great and the breakfast was nice. we liked how close it was to the water. we also liked how walkable the area is and all the neat stuff there is to do around. we didnt like how much it cost but we dont like how much anything cost these days. this is not a reflection of the relative value of the hotel, its very inline with what you should expect.

Very clean, spacious rooms, and a beautiful view. The location is nice on the one hand, but on the other hand, it’s right next to the train tracks, and the train passes in the middle of the night. The noise is terrible. The breakfast is average.

We have stayed here multiple times and love it. Excellent location for what we needed and very close to restaurants, highway access . Very pretty location on the water. The staff are friendly and efficient for the most part. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Like the size of them as well. Some rooms have better views than others but all are nice. We like the breakfast included. It's basic but good. They keep it nicely stocked and hot. They went out of their way to help us with a special request that was highly appreciated!! Thank You!!! Will definitely stay here again next time in the area. And would highly recommend. The parking can be tricky. Small ,tight spaces and if you come in late may be hard to find a spot. Most of the staff are great but had a front desk lady that was not very friendly or helpful which is really unusual for this place. MOST are very efficient and great. Also, no computer for guests to access if needed. I realize most people don't need this but sometimes other travelers do. Maybe better assistance by the front desk would have solved the problem.

The room was impeccable. It was comfy, clean and spacious. The included breakfast was amazing with a comfy and stylish dining area. The staff were friendly and personable. We enjoyed our stay 100%!! Nothing. Everything was perfect!

The hotel was amazing, the location is perfect not too far into the busy part of Ruston. We had Ants, and as we spent well over 600 for our room.... This was supposed to be an anniversary to remember well it definitely was.

Great location off of Ruston, incredible scenery. Easy access to restaurants. While I booked a room with ‘ocean view’, I was disappointed as the room allowed a small area for the view if I stood at the window. When I asked for help to dry the floor in front of the sink area, the maid said ‘yes’, but she never showed up. Maybe a language barrier
