Bed was comfy. The AC unit had leaked all over. The room carpet was wet and smelled terrible.

It was close to downtown, with easy access to stores, restaurants, and the coast, making it simple to get around and explore the area. The staff at the front desk were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which I greatly appreciated. The room was clean; my only observation was that the bed could use an update, as it wasn't as comfortable as I had expected. However, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning because of the excellent location and outstanding customer service.

It’s 20 minutes or so to Busch Gardens but is worth it. Is a wonderful hotel

The room was kept clean although I found a bug (green) not a big deal, probably coming from the green areas. Bathroom is spectacular. TV with couch areas in the lobby are awesome.
