Front desk was not helpful. Instead if them stating where and what amenities wete available I had to third degree her at front desk

Location My first night I was in a room that the air-conditioning did not work in the room, smelt, damp, wet, and moldy. I was then put into a different room which the air-conditioning did work but still had a moldy smell.

There was a mildew smell in the room, but the room was clean, so I’m not sure where the smell was coming from but upon check-in, there was a lady at the front desk with dreads that was just so rude like she just didn’t like her job but all other front desk associates were the sweetest when we came back from whatever events we had planned they greeted us and asked us if we needed anything!

The original room there was a leak from the air conditioner. We were then moved to another room to which the shower stall was leaking. Staff were notified. The room was not cleaned and we had to ask for clean towels.

Very hot!! Was trying to enjoy a cocktail in lobby and it wasn’t comfortable or relaxing due to sweating. Left and went somewhere for a drink.

It was close to the locations I wanted to visit The A/C was not working in the main lobby and the hallways, dirty facility and it looks like the place is barely holding on. I’m surprised because we stayed here before and it was amazing

I tried to use the coffee maker just to warm water and the water that was delivery was with coffee probably left from previous used. I do recoomend the hotel to review the coffee machine ane be sure it is totally clean.
