Great place to stay. I stay here 100% of the time when I am in the area.
-
Terrible gym.
-
Elevator buttons worn and hard to read. Seating in the rooms is always uncomfortable in this brand hotel and this is nothing different.
-
Rooms and common areas were clean and well-kept. Roadway leading in was full of potholes but was under repair. Plenty of food and shopping nearby. Easy on and off Hwy 28.

Our hotel room was extremely hot for the first two nights of our stay. I called the front desk, and I was told there was nothing they could do because the maintenance staff had already left for the day. The following morning, I spoke with the manager, expecting some concern or a solution. Instead, all he said was, “Thanks for letting us know. That way we know exactly what to tell maintenance.” There was no apology, follow-up, or attempt to make things right. The Sunday breakfast was also very disappointing, with limited and poor-quality options. The cleanliness of the room was another issue. Walking barefoot on the carpet left the bottoms of my feet dirty, and the corners of the bathtub had noticeable yellow stains. What disappointed me the most was not just the issues themselves, but the lack of concern shown by the staff when I brought them up. I understand that problems can happen, but I expected better customer service and a genuine effort to address them. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns mattered.

The bed was great, and the room was a good size

Very pleasant experience. I would love to stay here again.

Ample parking. Breakfast was not very good quality wise, they do keep the breakfast food well stocked. And clean.

Love this hotel. We stay here every time we are in the area. Very clean, great lobby, great breakfast. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Nice big desk, if you need to work.

I did not give a 5 star to cleanliness because the hallway (which is pretty much common for the most part) wasn't as clear as expected. Also there was no complimentary water in the room but the front desk lady gave me some when I requested it. My room/suite was beautiful and clean. The furniture looked well maintained and clean as well. Great location, very quiet and I loved not having any business or habitation outside my window. Highly recommend!

-
Clean room, easy in and out, plenty of parking.

The hotel was great and perfect to stay

The hotel property and parking lot ,and staff, were excellent. Very poor is the roadways that feed into the hotel parking lot, which is hte responsibility of the Pittsburgh Mill developer/management. Potholes 6-8 inches deep!!
-
Great room, friendly helpful staff, NO issues. Would definitely stay there again.
-
Nice hotel! Room is spacious and clean, in a quiet area, easy walk to chipotle and Panera bread. Breakfast is decent. Highly recommend!

Property had good location

I enjoyed my stay. Only complaint would be that I paid about triple the usual rate due to a large group occupying many of the rooms. My dates were not flexible as I was visiting Children's Hospital for an appointment. That aside, the entire experience was pleasant. The facility was nice and the staff was friendly, especially Jesse at the front desk and another lady who appeared to be a lobby attendant of sorts.

Stayed here for two different days on a there and back road trip to Chicago. Clean rooms. Nice room layout. "Award-winning breakfast" is a stretch. Don't get your hopes up. And, while it's not the hotel's fault, the surrounding roadways are a nightmare. There are some potholes that could destroy your car if you're not careful. Assume this is due to the dead/dying mall next door. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, just be careful driving.
