Very comfortable rooms Location, it's right on one of the busiest roads and you can't make a left very easily out of the hotel

You can't have guests after 10 PM.You have to have everybody sign in.They watch every single little thing you do. Who's coming and going. It just so happens myself, my husband and our friends, all work nights at the same place. We were not loud we were here for a funeral

That it seemed equally close to the fireworks in Mt. Dora and Tavares for festivities on July 4th weekend. Also planet fitness was very close. Was just perfect. N/a

Pool didn’t work , room smelled like cigarettes and shady people on property, needless to say we left and booked somewhere else

The place is really nice next to a lake. The pool is very clean and inviting. The room was comfortable with a nice TV, microwave, and refrigerator. We loved that our dogs were welcomed and we were able to enjoy our time in Tavares and Mt.Dora.
