Home2 Suites by Hilton Terre Haute

I reserved 2 rooms. When I arrived I was told I had only reserved one room and they booked another for me. I was then charged for three rooms. Expedia tried to get a refund and they said they would and didn’t. It has now been over a week with no refund. If they paid me back my $300 I would say the stay was fine.

Need to update beds-and pillows.

Very clean staff friendly. Great location

Other than that, we love it here and will continue to use you guys!

The hotel is very clean, including the suites. The staff is great, very helpful to when I needed assistance. The Breakfast was quite good also. I didn't try the pool or the gym, but sure will do next time. There are restaurants and walmart close by, that is a plus.

Best room ever! Spacious, clean and everything we needed. Nothing.

Everything and the staff was great

We stayed at this hotel for the second time and were a little disappointed compare to the last year. , The lobby and hallways are clean, staff was helpful, breakfast has a nice selection of items to choose from, but the outdoor area needs a little cleaning The room itself was clean but the bed seemed a little unfresh, blanket and sheet were wrinkled a lot, pillows were also too used for our likings. Overall, the stay was ok

The room was very clean, the King bed was extremely comfortable and the shower water pressure was good. The only negative was operating the TV; there was a small button on the bottom front that had to be pressed, but no instructions regarding that. It was pretty frustrating for the first 10 minutes until my husband figured it out.

The service is exceptional! Jenniey and Daisha were professional, kind, caring and helpful. Rooms are clean and we really like the patio eating area with grills right next to the pool. Feels like a home. Breakfast is great. So many choices. Quiet at night. Grounds and landscape are very well cared for. We have been here twice. Can’t complain.

Great selections of complimentary breakfast! The laundry facility on site is a big plus! Also, there are a workout room and an indoor warm water swimming pool available 24 hours. Most importantly, their front desk staff is always friendly and willing to help. If you need to do grocery shopping or buy any daily essentials, Walmart and Meijer are just within 5 min driving distance.
