How easy it was to get a place on short notice and the staff was genuinely nice. And cool. My last day there I had to rebook a day or so cause a friend needed me for another day. Upon arrival, I tried to check in, the lady at the desk said give us a little bit to clean the room, and I was like "Okay cool" was told to wait over here for awhile and the lady clocked out and someone else clocked in (not his fault) he handled all his tasks upon arrival I didn't bother him because I figured she would've said something, so I sat in the lobby for a long time. then he approached me said can I help you sir, I said yeah I reserved a room and I'm waiting for it to be cleaned, he apologized for the issue gave me my card, and it smelled weird, seemed a little unclean cause you could tell at some point someone left a cigarette on the counter in the bathroom and it burned into the sink,, also there's some people lurking around there that hotel that you really don't wanna associate with.

The hotel was not bad. The lady that works the front desk overnight is beyond amazing! She is the only reason why I have the stars I did.

Nothing!! The pool was not in service! This was the main reason for booking at this particular motel!!! The hallway smelled like Marijuana!! The room was like an oven. AC was off! People in the hall outside our door until 2am. Breakfast was terrible. Had to wait on coffee. No orange juice. Maple syrup was watered down. Vending machine didn't give me my change back of 3.75. We should have gotten a discount since it was not posted that pool was out of service!!! We took our granddaughter to swim. She was very disappointed!! I will never stay there again. I will spread the word! The bed sqeaked!

The worst hotel experience that I've ever had. The beds were hard, the covers were dirty/stained up. The hotel smelled of marijuana. The rooms adjacent and next to mine, fought all night long and I mean fought. Loud screaming and pounding on the walls and doors. They were asked to leave but refused. The worker didn't follow through. Breakfast offerings included four pieces of bread for toast and coffee. The waffle dispenser was empty. When we asked about it, we were told that's what they had. We did complain to the front desk and was told they would look into it. I would not recommend this hotel.
