The "breakfast available" means there is a $12.95 charge for it. It looked like usual hotel breakfast fare, we didn't eat there. The bed and room features are nice, quiet area. To figure out how to use the TV I had to call the desk. No instructions on how to find the channels, you would think you turn it on and read the guide, no such luck.

The rooms were cleaned every other day. For us they skipped a cleaning day so the trash was over flowed. The toilet paper ran out. The automatic currents did not work. Had to use a paper clip, that someone else left behind to get sunlight in the room.

Room was great, air con was very noisy but not needed during the night. Breakfast was basic.

The property was clean especially the lobby and outside area. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Loved having the full size pillows! Our refrigerator didnt work so we had to throw out our orange juice. The amenities were useful but we had two shampoo bottles and no conditioner, it was doable. A little disappointed in the 12.95 breakfast. Not any more than other motels free breakfast , actually not as many items as a typical free breakfast. Best part of our stay was the location. Close to shopping, coffee shops and food.

Staff let me check in early after a long drive in for a very busy concert. Property is beautiful. I’ll definitely stay again.

The staff was very polite and helpful with all requests. The rooms were clean, the food was decent. My first room had a broken door and lamp, and I had to request another room. However the staff took care of me very well. The breakfast during my last stay seemed better over holiday, the price did not change however breakfast this time around seemed mediocre.

It was a very nice hotel. I like the hot tub and the pool area was excellent easy access to on and off of the highway and it was also close to the Colorado national Speedway, which I would love to go see again and would have to probably stay at your guises hotel also and it was very very fun and I enjoyed the room. The suite was beautiful and nice and I was happy.

Room had a dirty or moldy spot up on the ceiling the size of a baseball. Bed was too hard for me. A few of the desk employees were inconsistent on their information, but aside from that it was fine. The price was outrageous for its location!!! additional fee’s such as, property improvement fee, Adams county fee,RTD-CD, lodging fee on top of the actual cost. I get the state tax fee. Breakfast is not included and no water station for our water bottles. Yes, we all trying to be green living. Two nights at $505.08. I will not be staying at your place or be going through booking. Com again. Enough of the gouging greed.
