I did not get the room I paid for. My refund was less than I was told it would be. The floors were sticky when I used a wet rag to wipe the floor the rag turned black. The smell was unpleasant in the room. The front desk was not available before 9 or 10am. I had to go request new towels every day. House keeping never come to collect dirty towels ( I was there 7 days). No ice machine was told they provided ice trays in the room. They did not.

We were sent a message that our reservation got cancelled on the day of our check in date and reason was our room was given to accommodate other reservations that was already checked in. No help to assist to find another hotel for me and my family.

Room smelled horrible upon walking in, floor was extremely dirty in areas. You had to take your own trash to the dumpster which wasn’t a big deal but had never run in to that before. If you wanted new towels you had to return old towels front desk which I thought was odd also; same with bed linens. Overall just grossed out

Nothing The fact that I was blatantly robbed for $150 when they overbooked and cancelled my reservation yet kept my money and processed the stay as complete thus preventing me from receiving a refund.

Manager cancelled my booking without anyone telling me. I found out when I came to check in. I was very upset. Will never book here again. I will never even book a cheap hotel again.

The clean entryway. Quiet guests during the stay as well. The staff that "checked" me in never fully did so. I was told to leave the property after the night stay because of a card issue that I was willing to resolve then but they just told me to leave.

No coffee maker, only a little tube of shampoo, only 1 bat of soap, so had to use the same bar at the sink and then take it in the shower. Cheap price for a reason, would definitely pay more for the skittles from previous guest to be swept up from the floor under the bed. I would have paid more for more than one flat pillow on the bed, definitely would have paid more for coffee a coffee maker. Definitely won't stay here again.

Very spartan. It's an "extended stay" hotel. They didn't change out towels/linens. We had to ask for fresh towels when we wanted them. It was clean enough. front desk was not open until 9 AM daily.

The room was absolutely filthy, strong pot smell from room next store to the point it made us feel sick when we went to front desk to address the situation we were told there was nothing they could do and offered us air fresheners. We had left for roughly an hour so I could find somewhere with cell service I came back to check out of hotel I wasn’t staying there. There was a new receptionist I told her the situation and why I was checking out she was rude and showed no concern and flat out said I had to pay for the room and wasn’t getting a refund.

Had to keep asking for toilet paper cuz they would only leave one at a time. You had to call and make appt for the room to be cleaned but they would not take the trash out had to do it ourselves. Dont think we'll be staying there again.

Very clean rooms. The he breakfast was amazing. Even checking in at 10 pm and a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite was much appreciated for a great nights sleep after a long day .

What hotel doesn't come with a coffee maker?

Worse service ! Very dirty very disgusting
