I booked at the wrong rodeway . I'm used to the one on Indio boulevard. I will never book there again. When the housekeeper is banging on your door at 10:00 and you get to check out at 11:00. There's a problem. They need to fire the manager and whoever trains the housekeeping . I like nothing at all there. I will never book there again

The refrigerator in the room did not work that we were in but everything else was fine and the cold water would not turn on very easily in the shower.

I loved that the pool stayed open late! Since it was so hot, it was nice to be able to relax and hang out by the pool in the evening. It made the experience even more enjoyable. What I didn't like was that the pool lounge chairs were very old and worn out. The outside of the building also needs a major remodel, as it looks outdated and could use some improvements.

Staff was friendly! Answered all of my questions. Hotel room was clean for the most part. There were a couple of stains on the bed skirt. Other than that everything was perfect! No bugs, shampoo/conditioner/body wash was filled. Room even came with makeup remover wipes which was a NEED. Parking was easy, and AC worked just fine!

Have extra towels in room. There was no blow dryer in room and I didn't bring one because I figured there would be one there.
