Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tifton

Phone & smoke detector out. Tv had to turn on by hand. Couldn’t find the ice scoop for the ice machine.

Once in the room, there was a bottle of cleaning fluid on the counter in the bathroom, no towels, soap or tissues and a half of roll of toilet paper. The carpet was soaked closest to the air conditioner. I went downstairs and told him that the room was missing things and asked for towels- he gave me 2 ragged towels. We had been traveling for 8 hours and had no other place to stay, if it was daylight I would have left. In the morning we headed downstairs for the "free breakfast". The juice was out of order, there was NO breakfast food, just bread, and 2 containers of cereal. The wasn't any coffee and no bowls for the cereal even if we wanted to eat. No one was at the desk, but there was a basket of fruit in the back on the floor. What kind of place is this? I want a refund- this is not a place for Wyndham name

Aside from that one issue, friendly service, clean facility & overall pleasant stay!

When we went to check in, the gentleman at the desk told us there was no rooms and for me to call Hotels.com for them to fix it. Come to find out, there were rooms, just single beds, but he didn't offer that until I asked. So I asked if we could check into one of those. The gentleman gestured for us to come in, but acted put out that we wanted to check in. After we got checked into a single bed room, we could smell something in the bathroom. Tracking the smell down, we found 2 dead hermit crabs in a roll of toilet paper above the toilet. We also found a coconut top on the floor behind the toilet. They were both easy to see, which make me wonder who cleaned this room, or if they even cleaned the bathroom. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. I am so disappointed in our stay. I don't know if I'll be back.

There was no continental breakfast, and they charge You to park $10, not listed in ad.

Fridge was real dirty and had left over food. Definitely have to better there breakfast only had toast with grape jelly and cornflakes no sugar.

AC worked very well; overall, the room was clean Had to call maintenance regarding the TV's working I expected to have a refrigerator and microwave The elevator wasn't working at the end of my stay. I was on the 3rd floor, and had to bring all my bags down the stairs (3 trips)

I never stayed. The hotel was dirty. I was sent to a room that was dirty and had not been cleaned. Hallway carpet stained. The lobby didn't have air conditioning on. Had to wait for 5 to 10 minutes before the desk clerk arrived to the desk. They had a bell on the front desk counter for you to ring if you needed service. There was another guest waiting in the lobby also for the clerk, they had issues also. After going to the room that was dirty and saw the condition of the property i went back to the desk and I told the clerk the clerk i was leaving and to refund my advance deposit. He said the manager would have to do it and they were not on the property, but it would normally take up 72 hours before you saw refund.

beds were comfortable i reserved two rooms. The t v was not working in either room. The nightstaff was unable to fix it.I was told when checking out to get with the manager to get some kind of discount for the inconvenience. When I checked out, I told them this, they did not do anything to help me out. Gave me a telephone number and said call the number , which was the manager and he could see what he could do. They should have taken care of the situation than in there.

The breafast choices were horrible.

The bed was okay I was put on second floor, the ice machine was broken, the pool had a cover over it, no place to sit outside to get fresh air after a long drive because the pool gate was locked. No telephone in room to call front desk had to get on elevator and go downstairs to talk to desk person. The breakfast was very disappointing I just got black coffee because they had a canister of dry coffee creamer. The desk attendants all had such thick accents they were hard to understand. I will never ever stay in a Microtel hotel again

Breakfast was bread with no toaster, no butter. Cereal, not sure what kind of milk. that was it?

The towels in the room were used and dirty. There was no soap at all. The tv didn’t work. The room smelled really bad.

Filthy.....peeling paint in the room throughout, rusty, chipping tub plug, mold in the toilets, what appears to be mold on the bedroom mirror. I was there and gone in 10 minutes. I never stayed. Now I am having a problem getting a refund back from Expedia or Microtel Wyndham. I took pictures and sent them to them. I would not stay here nor would I ever recommend it. Stay away.

The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no breakfast

The location was great. The shower curtain was coming off the wall. The debris from it was in the tub. The shower curtain hung low into the tub because the rod was no longer attached appropriately. There were no washcloths, and one tiny bar of soap for two adults. The TV had two remotes for some reason. The first remote turned on the TV, then the screen said "no signal. I called for help and the person at the front desk said that it doesn't work sorry???? There was no refrigerator in the room for our food that we had. So we had to throw it away because it was hot in the room. Very unsatisfied with this stay. Especially for a Wyndham.
