Rooms were comfy, clean and quiet. I felt very safe. Staff spoke English and the lobby was comfy. I had a noisy neighbour on the second night and realised that the walls were a bit thin!! But there was no outside noise which is why I had changed from a different hotel.

The hotel was clean, clean, clean! From the lobby to the room, everything was spotless and very well maintained. The staff was great and made check in so easy. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable that I slept great every night. I also loved that they had a 24 hour coffee station, which was such a nice perk and really convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend! Nothing really stood out as a negative. My stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable from check in to check out. Everything was clean, the staff was great, and the whole experience felt easy and relaxing. I honestly don’t have any complaints at all.

I liked everything about it and it's quiet and peaceful and very professionally run and it has 2 outdoor patios for sun and fresh air and it has a selection of pre-made meals and various and sundry items that you may have forgotten that you might need. And it's well laid out, and it's a well-oiled machine. And for the money you can't beat it in Tijuana for what they offer and I would highly recommend it, and I would absolutely stay here again. It's probably halfway between El centro and the airport, but it's very convenient for both. And it's directly across the street from a very nice mall Plaza Peninsula. It had everything that I needed, and more, and it's away from all the noise and the hustle and bustle of el centro. No complaints.

The hotel was amazing. Way better than I expected. We were in town for a weekend wedding close to hotel. Loved that they offer coffee and other beverages at no cost in the lobby. Beds was extremely comfortable lived the modern touches throughout. Would recommend! N/a
