Very cool layout nice clean multiple options for room upgrades fairly cost effective depending on the intended use of room during stay I speak enough espanol to get by 99 % of the time but here seemed to be a bit more difficult and make sure you see all options in person and get what you want

Near to where I needed to be, the staff are very gentle, all of them, from the administration to the maid, they were very kind and professional. No elevator, no parking, slow internet, sometimes bad odor from the drain pipes, water pressure was low.

The hotel is located in a very nice area in Tijuana , the hotel is no hotel , bring your soap , shampoo , and coffee there none of that

The location is close to everything. Extremely difficult to find parking. There is no elevator. They don't provide hand soap. Rooms have no windows. They require a cash only deposit for incidentals that it was not disclosed prior to booking.

Location was great Blankets had hair and the room had a strong smell. AC did not work. TV was not working. Also, the WI-FI password was not working. We tried to call the staff for assistance but nobody answered the phone.

I really liked the cleanliness. There was coffee and cookies. A place to sit if you wanted to eat. The property did not have parking and was in a residential area so it was a bit hard to find parking. The room also did not have a window which made

The worst. Construction drilling and 5 dogs barking right in front of the "hotel"

Nothing It was extremely loud with 2-3 huge constructions going on and right in front of the hotel there were 5 dogs so i woke up 7am every day hearing extremely loud drilling and loud barking dogs. Not only outside noises but inside the hotel there was an annoying noise i think it was a broken smoke alarm. It kept going all night and evening.. just the worst experience while i was getting surgery... Plus the ladies kept coming in my room even if i had the sign "don't bother" on the door

located in a safe residential neighborhood the bed was not very good but i was able to fall asleep everything else was perfect for me

Good location for us to visit friends. Very clean. Kitchen was very good but we reversed it. AC work great and small refrigerator was ver cold. Neighbor hood was very residential Could not walk to restaurants. This was not important for us. Clean room and made beds 3 of 4 nights but forgot last night.
