Location Service was bad/ ask for towels didn’t brought/ phone in the room wasn’t connected/ the room located on top of night club lowed music till 7 am

I love that there was plenty of space in the room and how clean it was. The hotel was in a great location, there was even an arcade under the hotel for the kids.

Very comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Best place to stay in downtown tijuana!

It was a Saturday and they played music up on the top floor all the way till 8:00 in the morning I could not sleep the music was blasting and shook the whole room I was in room 207 it was a horrible experience I did not sleep the whole night beware they play music till 8:00 in the morning very dissatisfied The facility is clean and the people were nice

Get a room closer to the main street drag as they are more updated. Entire place is clean and next door or a block away from good food. VERY safe location with a 24 hour staffed front desk Everything was good. Definitely my stay of choice when in TJ

Excellent brakfast There was no iron and hangers avalable in the little closet.

-The walls are very thin and you will hear everything from other guests for the entire night. I could barely sleep until 4am because of how loud it was. And then the hotel starts construction in the morning so it’s impossible to sleep in. -Cleaning wasn’t very good in the room, there was hair from other guests on the floor.

Great location, super friendly staff and staff resolved issue with loud guests swiftly. Because the way the rooms are if there are loud guests in the hallway it echoes loud.
