I love the place! I can’t wait to come back 😍

One thing that would have been helpful to know ahead of time was that some of the amenities or services came with an additional cost. Aside from that, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed at Steele Hill Resorts in Sanbornton NH for two nights and wish we could’ve stayed longer! The pool was so much fun, and the 2 bed townhouse accommodated our party perfectly. The views (as always) were amazing from our room, and we were able to see the sun rise on the second morning from our balcony/deck. We will be back!

The original room booked in the west building didn't fit our needs for a comfortable stay. 2 adults. It was very tight, dual vanity sink was in the hallway, toilet was very low to the floor and it had only one chair located in the bedroom for the entire unit. We worked with the property reservation folks, and found a mini suite located above the restaurant for the same price. That was a game changer. Our stay went from poor to good. The on-site staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is yummy. This was our second time staying at Steele Hill and we are learning the property. With that, I can say that the accommodations range from very old and small, to spacious and new. We will definitely stay at Steele Hill again, but will do our research on the rental unit.

The resort was great for our concert and Anniversary weekend. The staff were great and the area is very beautiful.

The room was a bit outdated and patched up for $300 a night. Also the shower felt very loose with little water pressure.

The staff was super helpful and everything was excellent 💯. I'd definitely stay here again.

Staff were very friendly on check-in. Restaurant was ok, we only ate there once. Kitchen in suite was great, as well as bbq areas. Pools were freezing cold, but area around pools was great for relaxing. The resort was very quiet and peaceful to enjoy the surrounding views.

The resort and rooms are clean. I think it would a great improvement to replace the carpet (just about everywhere) with new flooring. It is an old place which was perfectly maintained over the years with great additions: 2 outside pools, inside pool, spas, etc. It was a great stay. Looking for something far from downtown? This is it. Lakes, wood. Restaurant: good food, recent asian personnel not speaking English much, missed a few of our orders. Pretty nice place with kids and family.

Room was spacious and very clean. Restaurant was amazing. Definitely booking again next year.

When we arrived the first room had an Oder and we went back to the front desk and asked for the room to be changed. Without hesitation they gave us another room (which was much better in regard to the floor (first floor) and clean. There is no elevator in the building where we stayed, so we were glad to get a first floor. The knees are not the same.

My reservation was not found. At first Sanilla (not sure of spelling) was not friendly at all. She turned it around after my husband and I killed her with kindness. Also the young girl at the pool could be kinder to the guests. Was disappointed in Expedia/Steele hill about the reservation mixup. Hope it does not happen again!

Such a fun stay! So much to do on the property and the accommodations were spacious and clean. The staff was so nice!! Would definitely stay again!

The pools were nice but everything needs to be updated. From the furniture/carpets to the bathrooms in the pool area. The bathrooms looked like they were flooded. I mentioned it to the staff and they said all the fans didn’t work that would help dry the floor. The rooms have a nice set up with the small kitchen area with a full size fridge and the bed was very comfortable. For the money I don’t know if I would go back.

access to the room was far from where parking was offered and up 2 flights if stairs down long hallways. %he holiday barbecue wax supposed to run until 8 pm. We arrived at 740pm and they had already closed down. We had to drive off property to get A meal. the room had no balcony access, a small microwave and fridge and 1 chair. Room service did not visit to refresh coffee or linens, we had to call the front desk. The indoor and outdoor pools were a bright spot along with scenic views of Wiggsquam lake, but over all $320/ nite seemed hardly fair for the many inconveniences endured. This was definitely a one and done experience for these weary 65 to travelers.

For such high daily rates, no breakfast included, broken vending machines, and maps with no street names to help guide, we have preffered other stays in NH more.

Great place to stay with the family. When my daughter left her stuffed puppy behind they shipped it out for us with a Steele Hill Resorts stuffed animal to keep her puppy company on the journey back home.
