The staff was extremely nice when I first got there they'd given me a double room and I'd reserved a king room the staff fixed it right away and I was extremely happy with my room That the pool closes at 10:00 and not 11:00

Staff at check in was slightly unfriendly. They also asked on the paperwork questions about our service dog that is not allowed by the ADA. We asked some questions about activities we were planning and the same lady that checked us in was a little snide about our plans.

nice location right off the interstate. Clean room and the check in girl was very nice and easy-going. Breakfast was fine and the kids loved the pool and the race car in the lobby. Even though our room looked over the interstate and the very busy truck stop area, we heard no road noise.

I was really impressed with this hotel. The frost desk lady who helped me check in was really patient and kind. It was convenient that she had a pre-printed list of local restaurants and she was happy to give me directions when I asked. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. They even tolerated my teen boys touching and examining the race car in the lobby. I will stay here again if I return to the area.

Very good breakfast, the staff was responsive, food was good. Location was great. We would not stay in an odd number room, on the side towards the highway, as loud cars and motorcycles disturbed our sleep. The other side is much quieter.

Great location, clean comfortable hotel, good breakfast The elevator bell is very loud, so get a room away from the elevator and opposite side from the highway for a quiet night.

The lady working the front desk was absolutely amazing and friendly! Second time I’ve used this hotel and the second time she’s checked me in. Both times she’s been so friendly and welcoming!!
