Holiday Inn Express & Suites Topeka North by IHG

The Holiday Inn Express in Topeka was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful the breakfast buffet was hot and lots of choices the room was clean and everything was in working order I would stay there again

Everything is good，Room is clean

Spacious clean room, comfortable bed. Only problem was the only working ice machine was 3 floors down and on the other side of the motel. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast much better than the usual free hotel breakfast. Room was spacious.

Stopped here on our way back to Colorado. We had to switch rooms because what I thought was just our air conditioner making made it difficult to fall asleep. It was making this loud noise like you would hear if you ran fast moving air by a piece of paper...or if you had you car window cracked while doing 100 down the highway. The front desk attendant was nice enough to move us to another room. Alas, that room also had a loud AC unit. I cranked it for 15 minutes then turned it off. Woke up at 5am to it being only 73 degrees in the room which wasn't too bad. The bathrooms in both rooms could use a deep clean for sure. People on our floor and above us were loud. The property was kind of dirty. Would not stay here again.

Nice place to stay for the night

Checked in later in the night, was given a room key. Would not work. Turns out the room was already occupied. Glad I wasn't shot trying to get into someone else's room. Given a second key, went in the room to use the restroom and the toilet seat was broken off. Went back to the desk and was offered a screw driver to fix myself. Hotel manager was notified by email and was showed pictures of the room, however no response after a week. Cannot recommend this hotel.

Property is very clean! Manager Dev isn’t management material. No water pressure in my shower, he actually bought the showerhead to replace it, but wasn’t replaced. Tried moving me to a room with a see through blind. It took Eva or Ava head of housekeeping to get me in the proper room. No ice machine! All were broken, he didn’t leave staff with money to purchase ice. Pool was a disaster…. Plus instead of taking responsibility for his actions he blamed everyone else. Dev wasn’t able to be accountable for his own actions at all. The Head of Housekeeping should be the manager…. Staff is not the problem they simply need a good manager.

Helpful and great breakfast options

The most comfortable beds ever!! Excellent rooms that were clean and well maintained. The air was nice and cool. Only slight complaint was that the water didn’t get very hot but otherwise terrific stay.

A light fixture in the pool came out, exposing wires, while my children were in the pool. The pool was closed the rest of our stay. The hot tub advertised is filled in with cement. There was no ice machines, and only items available for snacks were marked up 200%. There was cigarette butts and burns where ice machines should have been. We got yelled at on the main floor for talking, when there was another softball team in front of the desk having a full out party, and a full out party with alcohol, loud music and swearing went on much much later in the parking lot. The staff was rude and unhelpful and couldn't even tell us where the laundry facility was. The breakfast was one of the only amenities and it was disappointing at best.

Clean. Nice rooms. Bathrooms and linens were clean.

The staff was amazing. Very helpful with whatever I might have needed.

There was no hot water for me to take a bath and the bath had rust all around the outlet. Coffee machine also didn’t work . Front desk were very polite and apologized

Nasty Ants all over this place. Our room had ants all in it the Manager did nothing about it. Said it happens.
