Topeka Plaza Inn

The neighbourhood is not the best.

Nothing at all. I liked leaving. It wasn't clean it wasn't well kept had chips out the walls and chips off the countertops and they got a TV and a TV and a refrigerator stuck inside of a old stereo console box I mean I just go on and on this place sucks

Was comfy and within budget. Beds are super comfy

Room was clean. Refrigerator was useful. Location was easy to find. Would stay again. Property run down. No pool. No breakfast.

My employer had a sudden change in events and post poned for the following week. Plaza Inn has been very understanding .

Park close to room Very old stinky and poop on the walls. They charged me $50 on top and never gave it back

Very old, used property. Toilet took 3 flushes every time. No coffee pot in the room & no coffee or vending machines in the lobby. The door lock stuck so the door was ridiculously hard to open. A/C didn't work right. Definitely not worth $100 per night

Friendly staff, quaint room

There was no coffee in the morning, the room's refrigerator was noisy at times

They canceled my reservation before I was to check in. Ran my card early before I was scheduled and had it set to pay upon arrival. Then doubled the rate when I called to try and resolve issue I was at an event 2 blocks away and not scheduled to arrive for 3 more hrs.

Quiet and plenty of space in parking lot. Nothing

Over all not to bad. Stores near by Good area.

Close to main transportation routes. Noisy neighbors. Our room was up several outside steps with no handrail.

No Continental breakfast.

I literally saw a bed bug in the pillowcase. They do not do refunds so I didn’t even stay longer than an hour and I was still charged.

We did not stay overnight. You had to be buzzed into the lobby and the lobby bathrooms were padlocked and you had to get the key. Our room was smelly so we checked out and went elsewhere.

Price and location Smell in room.

Older hotel, however it was clean and comfortable.
