Very clean place, the staff was friendly
-
Room was clean but the hotel halls had no air conditioning .....the breakfast was very minimal even for a continental ....hotel staff was helpful but challenged by the English language
-
Large room with king bed, desk and arm chair. There was also a small one-cup coffee maker, a hair dryer and shampoos. Breakfast had eggs and sausage as well as bread, bagels, waffles, yogurt and cereal as well as bananas and apples. The tv in the room was very basic which was disappointing that particular day because we wanted to see a World Cup match on Fox and the picture was not sharp.

Breakfast could be better. A fresh waffle would have been preferred, of course, with a waffle maker and waffle batter. Other than sausage links, it would have been nice with some bacon, and fresh eggs. The gym equipment, like the treadmill could be checked for belt tightening. Putting a shade or blinds would have been good to shade of the sun from heating up the room.

Lousy coffee. Bugs in room

The accommodations were satisfactory, and I would consider staying here again if not for the road noise. Even with the air-conditioner on to drown out the road noise, you can feel the rumblings of the big trucks passing by.

Pool was closed for the year the gym the equipment was broken with one dumbbell had to wipe the bathtub down with a magic eraser before using turned a washcloth yellow

Nice

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Rooms are outdated, and for the temp in the high 90s would expect pool to be open.
-
The fitness room had a treadmill, and some random fit machine. There were no free weights to speak of. Enough to post that they have a "Gym".
-
Rooms were clean and parking was convenient and safe. Not great options for breakfast.
-
Fast, check-in, comfortable room and very clean.
-
It’s an older place but it’s clean and the price wasn’t outrageous. The side door was propped open 1 night so I closed it but other than that no issues.
-
The hotel was pure trash but I'm actually more upset at Expedia for allowing me to have this experience
-
The location was close to most places we were going. Same thing every morning for breakfast.
-
Rooms have been renovated. Weight room equipment was in disrepair. Decent stop outside Washington.
-
Very dirty carpet in common areas and room, no body wash provided in room, dirty odor in common areas

The hotel was dirty, and anytime we would need help at the front desk, we would stand there for 20-30+ minutes waiting for assistance. Our room keys almost always didn't work, and again, when we would needed help it was a "stand there and wait" game AGAIN until somebody showed up. Towels? Stand there and wait. Keys not working? Stand there and wait. Furthermore, there were more (what seemed to be) family members loitering the halls, half of them working there and the other half seemed to be living there in some capacity. When I explained the the front desk that we need to check out a day early, they initially agreed to reimburse us for that last day, however, when I dropped off our key cards in the morning, I was told no, that in fact I would NOT be receiving credit for the last night on the room. Long story short, the room was NOT clean, it was not properly stocked with amount of towels/ linens, and it lacked a friendly, competent staff member to help the customers with their stay. Greatly disappointed all the way around.

Breakfast didn’t have so many options, but was good. Carpet needs to be wash (corredor and room); Hair in the bathtub, and spots on the bathroom mirror.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Everything was good. Great for staying for one night.
