The hotel was unwilling to assist with a cancellation or refund due to a flight cancellation, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue before the reservation time.

Be aware! Dishonest billing system, they charged an extra $60 after I checked out without any notice. Tried to call their location; no answer. It’s the worst experience I have had.

The staff was friendly and professionally efficient. Offered much needed assistance to successfully accomplish the necessities of my stay. There are no cons. In this area, one needs a car.

Not a good place to stay at. Nothing works in this hotel. The staff there does not service customers well in this hotel.

The staff was excellent, especially the breakfast and cleaning attendants. The breakfast would would better if there was more variety, we stayed 6 nights and every day there was exactly the same food options. Also would of been cool if the pool was open, we went in July but it was closed. Otherwise the property is clean and staff is very friendly and accommodating. We would consider staying here again in the future.

We stayed for two nights and had a very good experience. The motel is modest but not run down, very clean, the room was large, the staff friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was surprisingly good for the price. We had only po

The pool was closed, we weren't told about the breakfast, the air conditioner was so noisy it kept us awake at night and the television reception was horrible. There was so much "snow" it was hard to see it. We left 2 days early and I am requesting a refund for those 2 nights we didn't stay.

I ended up leaving because I couldn’t stay there any longer and booked a room at the Marriott instead, which was a beautiful hotel.

Room was clean but the hotel halls had no air conditioning .....the breakfast was very minimal even for a continental ....hotel staff was helpful but challenged by the English language

Large room with king bed, desk and arm chair. There was also a small one-cup coffee maker, a hair dryer and shampoos. Breakfast had eggs and sausage as well as bread, bagels, waffles, yogurt and cereal as well as bananas and apples. The tv in the room was very basic which was disappointing that particular day because we wanted to see a World Cup match on Fox and the picture was not sharp.

Breakfast could be better. A fresh waffle would have been preferred, of course, with a waffle maker and waffle batter. Other than sausage links, it would have been nice with some bacon, and fresh eggs. The gym equipment, like the treadmill could be checked for belt tightening. Putting a shade or blinds would have been good to shade of the sun from heating up the room.
