-
Quiet and relaxing. Close proximity to Truckee
-
Very large property!

It was 90 degrees inside and never cooled down. It ended up being cooler outside. Should have brought a hammock and stayed outside, although at this rate that would be a really expensive campsite! Only stay here in the winter, and at that I’d check to ensure there heat works first too!

Pros: Most of the staff was helpful with the exception of one person who seemed irritated they had to help us. The room was pretty nice, it had a full fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. The bathroom was very nice as well, nice shower, great tile, etc. The living room had the hardest leather couches I've ever sat on, but they were decent. Otherwise the area is nice and there is a lot to do and see in the surrounding cities. Lake Tahoe was amazing as always. Worth the price of what I paid for the room though? No, not really.

It was hot. Indoor temps ranged from 78 at the coolest all the way up to 89. We did our best with opening windows / running fans after hours when it was cool outside and closing windows / pulling shades closed during the day. The condo still maintained a high temp. I was visiting the area with my daughters for a rowing race, so feeling cooked all day when we were hoping to relax indoors and rest before the race was not ideal. We all felt drained of energy. I do not recall any notification from the Expedia description about the lack of a/c The bed was pretty uncomfortable- it felt very old: sunken in the middle and squeaky. I can imagine this place would be great in the winter- cozy and close to the slopes

The property was great. No real complaints.
-
Arrived past 7 with no instruction or guidance on how to enter the property. Had to call three different numbers before someone gave us a code for a lockbox with the information to enter the room.
-
Room was nice and the staff is very friendly.

The cleaning may need some work. There were cobwebs

Definitely recommended, peaceful and clean place to stay

Wonderful stay!

Here are the minuses: it’s hard to squeeze into the toilet area, and to take a shower you have intermittent scalding and freezing temperatures, the toilet leaked at the bottom and made a racket every time you got off of it because it wasn’t well attached to the floor. A delightful daycare was right outside the balcony with shrieking kids in the morning. But they’re kids so that’s not a really a negative. The beds are on metal legs so you can put lots of stuff underneath them and crack toes as you try to get around them. The elevator sounded like it was on its last legs.

Excellent stay. Easy check in. Clean. Well maintained. Responsive.

Condo was definitely older but clean. Only complaint is the coffeemaker needs to be replaced.
