Room was comparable breakfast was good staff was friendly and the manager (Spring) was top notch

Cam at check-in was amazing.y friendly and helpful. The hotel is updated and smells really fresh and new, and all the paint/carpet/furnishings are really new-feeling. Beds are comfy, and the rooms are huge. Only knock on our stay was that one of the two elevators was not working, and the one working one was very slow. So we had to do some waiting around sometimes since we had to do multiple trips with a luggage cart. Parking is all outdoor and you have to pay for it, but it seemed very safe. We were able to park in a spot that could be seen very easily right from our window. It is also not an area with any foot traffic, so there just aren't that many people that would pass your parked car. Including photos of the half-decent gym since often there aren't great pictures of hotels' gyms.

Clean, modern look... But uncomfortable pillows, weird room setup for a family, and teeny tiny pool. Plus, the restroom door cut my daughter's foot.

It was easy to find. We did get a different type of room than I booked but they gave us free parking for the inconvenience. It was nice for the area

Breakfast was great and staff at breakfast area was super helpful.

Clean room but the housekeeping person only made the bed and replaced towels. Didn't clean the bathroom sink or vacuum the floor.

We really enjoyed Truckee. There were a couple of little things that were not as I expected. The fire pit is located near the front door and parking lot and so not very picturesque. The pool is miniscule and is located it a rather uninviting courtyard. But we came for the beautiful area and proximity to Truckee and were happy with the hotel.

I loved the location, the place in general, but what really brought this place to the top was the empathy of the employees and their willingness to help during my time of need. I have only good memories of my stay in Truckee.

Room layout and ammenities Pool is small and not a vibe

Great location near Olympic Valley, Donner Lake, and Tahoe. Also 5 min away from great food

This became my favorite place to stay during visiting north Lake Tahoe

Room was nice

Nice place kinda a pain in the ass and not convenient to food or stores.Maybe cause i didnt no my way around but to get anywhere to eat or shop you had had to take the long wsy round with traffic circles everywhere.. Lake Tahoe was spectacular and not tourists season yet.
