It was clean, nice and nothing smelled bad The showers is where it goes bad.There's no water pressure, and the tubs were really tiny

Additionally, the pool area had no towels available, forcing guests to either wait around to dry off or return to their rooms for towels. Breakfast accommodations were also lacking. Seating was very limited despite the hotel regularly hosting large tour buses and high volumes of guests. Overall, we feel the hotel could improve its organization and guest accommodations significantly.

Beds were comfortable Ev charger broken which was the entire reason we paid so much for the rooms. Big disappointment

There was no room. The place was to crowded no place to sit and eat. There was flys everywhere. Didn’t like it

Hotel was well done with a great atmosphere. Rooms were comfortable and new. Breakfast was not up to expectations.

Liked pool and movie. Food could be better in restaurants. Maybe move coffee service out of the corner lobby to more accessible. It was a bit crowded by the checkin desk.

Spacious, clean; outdoor pool area very appealing. Room had refrigerator and microwave. Beds are very soft if you like soft beds. The Denny’s next door has excellent breakfasts! Check-in was at 3. We arrived at 2:50. We had to wait until 3. Some staff rather sullen. Lobby area is almost too quiet…

Location The room and furnishings were old, worn and filthy. For $200.00+ per night expectations were that the room would be CLEAN and well maintained, it was not.

The guy at the front desk was very helpful when we checked in. Great personality!!! Room was big and very comfortable. No noise from outside heard Nothing

I feel like I was ripped off Booking.com. The price of the room included breakfast but Booking.com charge an extra breakfast fee.

Breakfast is ok, not too fancy not much of a variety. But keeps you going for the day. Took us 45 minutes to check in, the front desk Lady is talking to her boyfriend over the phone, and whispering as if we couldn’t hear her talking.

Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. It’s nice they include breakfast, but not vegan-friendly other than a plain bagel or toast.
