I love this property! Pool side service was terrible, very slow and it appeared there were only a couple of servers working. The pool had a lot of people. Food is good as well. The valet was excellent and the help was too!

Loved the walk to the waterfalls. In room dining the best I’ve experienced in terms of staff responsiveness and thoroughness. Overall an amazing stay!

Our room was clean and comfortable but may need some updating in the next year or two. Well worth what we paid for our Independence Day staycation.

We love this beautiful resort, the staff is incredible from top to bottom. Everyone goes out of their way to accommodate your every need. Breakfast buffet is always a hit with us and we love the live music nights! Thank you Lowe’s for another great getaway!!

We were generously upgraded to a room with a balcony, enjoyed breakfast room service, the staff was AMAZING and friendly, willing to help us with every request. Because we stayed on the spur of the moment, they provided toothbrushes/toothpaste, there were robes and slippers in the room, the bathtub and shower were large and the view from the balcony was stunning.

Loved out stay

The waterfall on the property is amazing. The grounds really capture the essence of the desert. Our room had the best view!. We like our stay so much, we are considering staying one more day!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. This property is exactly as advertised. Beautiful location, great amenities and lovely helpful Staff. Only inconvenience was not having any available EV chargers (regular cars were parked in those spots and valet did not have their key/room#), however they guided us to a location nearby where we could charge - next best thing. Hotel offers free transport around the area, to the nearby shopping center. There are 2 lovely pools, 3 eateries and a beautiful short walk to a small waterfall. Our room was perfect, large, clean, comfortable. Beautifully designed. Would definitely recommend it.

they tried to overcharge me twice - then when I got home, I saw another charge on my credit card, it's under pending - had to fight to mot get overcharged - not sure I was successful

Property was amazing, peaceful. Staff was really nice. Down side the AC in the room when it would come on sounded like a machine gun. Didn’t get much sleep.

Everything was great but like most hotels my only complaint is the pillows.. all hotels should have two options for pillows on their beds.. especially high end hotels.
