My Place Hotel-Tucson South AZ

The room was nice and cold and clean. The staff was nice. Will come again .

No one was at the front desk when we arrived for check in. There were already people waiting in the lobby. We/they rang the bell, called 0 from the lobby phone & someone even called the number on a biz card that was on the front desk. After about 20 min the first group left to find a different hotel. I waited another 15-20. S ms like they need more staff. The check-in itself was fine after someone finally showed up. Saw a dead roach by the front door in the lobby, but our room was very clean so I can’t fault them for that. Overall the experience was fine especially for just $100 a night.

The fridge

For the most part pretty relaxing. Facilities was out of toilet paper for multiple days. Guest didn't supervise their children properly from disturbing other guests and staff did nothing until the authorities were called.

Rooms were clean and well organized. Ac worked great

In all honesty, the staff and management team have no regard for you as a consumer, all they want is your money. They don't care if you return or not, so if you do book over there, make sure it is a refundable purchase or get the insurance. Any changes to your travel plans will not matter to them, they are not accommodating or considerate. they have lost my return visit to any of their hotels. "MY" Place should be changed to "THEIR" Place. Disappointing...

Everything! except the body wash bottle was empty but the hotel room Exceeded my expectations! Tysm for keeping clean and comfy

Great location, friendly staff, excellent room and comfortable bed. Exceptional value!! Didn’t offer breakfast and did not have an ice machine. Other than that, the hotel was great!

I like the fact that it had a full size refrigerator

Will not give water unless you are a member. You’ll have to buy your own toothbrush & toothpaste. Staff is very confused and not helpful. Cleanliness is lacking, you’ll find trash from pervious guest in your trash bins and dirt on non-carpet floors.

Very clean, in good location with a lot of shopping and eating options close by.

Lovely room; however you need to have fall bars inserted into bath/shower stall walls.

Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice to have a small kitchenette. Staff excellent. Will be looking for more locations in the future.
